Noya and Asahi had started dating a month ago, just before the prelims. They kept it a secret to not throw off the team balance, and because Asahi was afraid of coming out. But one day, Nishinoya grew tired of the secrecy and finally convinced him, so they gathered everybody in the same place.
They were fine with it. Tanaka already knew, Suga had been making jokes about it months before anything happened, and Kiyoko was glad the flirting would finally stop.
Except it didn't stop.
Nishinoya would grin and wink at Kiyoko all the time. He would swoon over her the same way he did before they came out.
Asahi didn't like it.
At first, he let it slide, but eventually, he started feeling a pang in his chest every time he saw it. But he let Nishinoya do it anyway, because what if Noya broke up with him over it? What if the team got mad? What if-
"I don't know what's wrong, Asahi, but you gotta tell me."
