The next day at practice, Noya met this Sugimoto for the first time. He was nice, and though he hated to admit it, likable. He wouldn't hurt Asahi. He wouldn't hurt a fly. About five minutes in, he told Suga that he was having stomach issues and went to the bathroom. It wasn't a lie, but he knew what was causing them.
Anxiety.
He knew Asahi was gay, so he couldn't be homophobic, that didn't make sense. As he dug deeper through his mind, he realized it. If he were honest, he'd probably known it from the moment he saw that horrid message.
He was scared of losing the person he loved.
Now that he had a boyfriend, he would spend the time that was spent with Noya, as that was the only time he could use. Yuu would never be able to tell himself that friendship was enough anymore. If he did, he'd just remember this, and he couldn't bear that. Before he knew it, he was sitting on the toilet, knees to his chest, hiding in them, sobbing.
Really off topic, but I kinda wanna write a slowburn DaiSuga fanfic where Daichi and Michimiya are dating, but Suga really likes him, and it's all about pining and angst and longing and shit. Should I do it?
