*MYLES*

When he noticed who I was his eyes widen. I glanced over at the football and then glared back at this guy, Atticus. I took a deep breath as I got up. I started picking up my blanket when I heard his footsteps getting closer.

"I'm sorry man, let me buy you another cup. I'll even add a gift card from the accident that happened yesterday," I could hear it in his voice that he was sorry but I'm just fucken pissed at the moment.

"Don't worry about it," I said coldly.

"Come on dude, I'm trying to be nice here."

I glanced up at him. I hadn't even noticed he was shirtless and I was impressed. I could see his nicely molded chest and all the indents of his abs, all eight of them. I quickly averted my eyes as I saw a dumb smirk on his face.

"Nice would be if you watched where you were going or where this fucken ball was thrown, that's what nice would be," I was yelling, not really but almost.

"Calm down man," he said as he backed away.

I took a deep breath. I hated when someone told me to calm down, just let me be. I'll calm down when I'm ready to calm down, maybe coming out wasn't a good idea. I needed my pill, maybe two so I could sleep until next week.

I didn't say anything. I bunched up the blanket, not even bothering to fold it as I started to walk away. I heard footsteps running towards me. "Ohh no you're not," he got in front of me as he grabbed my shoulders to stop me. His green eyes had tiny orbs that floated inside his iris. His face was damp with droplets of water as his body was pretty drenched in sweat as well.

"Do you have a death wish?" I said but regretted it immediately.

"You're not serious are you?" He said with a concerned face.

"No," my simple response.

"Let me buy you a cup of whatever you had, on me, please," I didn't want to look at him because the truth is he's damn handsome, and looking at him would make it awkward, well for me at least.

My eyes couldn't avoid him. I caught his gaze as he had that handsome dumb smirk on his face. I didn't smile or gave him any emotion.

I heard other footsteps running towards us. "Atticus, I've been waiting like a dumbass for you to come back," I glanced back and another shirtless guy comes over. He was like the exact opposite of Atticus but this guy had blonde hair and golden eyes. He looked bulkier than Atticus. He had sweat-drenched all over his upper body as he caught his breath and held his hands over his waist.

"Sorry, I was just apologizing to hmm....," he stopped as he wanted my name.

"Myles."

"Yeah, Myles, I was apologizing to Myles for our football knocking his drink out of his hand."

"And for not paying attention yesterday," I added and it satisfied me. I evilly grinned.

"Yeah, that too," he threw the football towards this other guy. I'm guessing another football player. "This is Jacob," Atticus introduced me. I simply nodded.

"Well, it was a nice chit chat but I gotta go," I wanted to disappear from here.

"Meet me in an hour at the Starbucks don't be late," he said. "I'll find you if you don't show up," he smirked as I rolled my eyes.

"Fine, I'll see you then," I passed him and got a whiff of his masculine odor with a hint of aftershave of some sort.

I heard them runoff. I threw the blanket in the trunk. I must remember to take it out and wash it or else it would get the moldy scent. I remembered I left my blueberry muffin on the grass somewhere. I guess the birds or squirrels have lunch served.
