Kasandra recounts

When it came to Gabriela, she was good at two things in this world, the first to gab, plus threats and the second to appreciate her present talent with everyone and now she is developing these two talents to the fullest.
" Why didn't you tell us anything all this time?  Did you really think we wouldn't find out?  About Dire  Magnus  and your whole story, you treat us just like mindless children! But look, we found out... " after she took a deep breath, " now you have a lot of explanations to give and you have to answer our questions.  You can start!"
Ever since the spell had given way Gabriela had spoken non-stop for two minutes, Eric still holding Gabriela on his shoulders had an indecipherable face, Rafe had hidden behind my foot because he was embarrassed to look into uncle Michael's eyes who seemed  disappointed, Zoey looked out the window  not at the deadly looks of her parents and grandfather, considering the possibility of jumping out the window to get out of this situation, which would be a bit painful considering we wwew upstairs and  she could have broken a bone, and I wanted to get into the ground because uncle Derek's eyes were starting to scare me, but when he spoke his voice was calm:
" Did you finish your speech Gabriela? "
Gabriela nodded.
" Then please take a seat and let's talk."
" No way, don't try to humbug us and treat us like children, as Gabriela says we came here for answers and don't give us the kind of  speechs that you did to protect us and that we make that, because  we want to preotect and love us,  no one believe this anymore, so start talking and you'd better be honest this time."
The speaker had been Eric, and it seemed that my uncle's several look didn't scare him, on the contrary, it seemed to encourage him to talk more, but I had the feeling that although he had looked at uncle Derek when he spoke, the words were addressed to his parents.
" Eric John Williams, please control your behavior, or you'll be punished." Said Mrs. Williams calmly, but authoritatively.
Eric shrugged carelessly.
" If not, what?  Are you sending me to my room?  I regret not more than five years now you will have to find something more original."
Eric's father seemed genuinely disappointed with his son's attitude.
" What my wife and your mother were trying to say, Eric, is that you'd better cooperate and tell us what you're doing here if you don't want to have unpleasant consequences."
Eric looked nervous rather than scared.
" Cooperate, as you cooperate when you tell me we have to move to New York because my father was promoted to doctor, and now you are here. What would you think  if you want in my place? "
His parents had remained silent, they really couldn't turn the situation around in their favor, then I think it's all my fault. I shot everyone in this situation, I caused this because I wasn't honest for the first time and I knew that  everyone will be honest with me if I'm honest too, it's time to assume what I did.
" It's just my fault, " I say looking into Uncle Derek's eyes, " you always told me not to trust appearances, and to be careful, but I didn't listen to you I was gullible and I trusted, " everyone was looking at  shock me, and they will be more and more shocked.  I met Dire  Magnus  in my dream, that's why I am  still late for school.  I woke up in an old and abandoned church, then I hear the song of a violin and I reach the bell tower and...and there I met him playing his violin, the song was wonderful and magical at the same time, I asked him about  what comes up in my dream but he said he didn't know and  he told me his name was Magnus...and...and I liked him, he seemed nice and funny and he taught me how  to play the violin, and well...I kind of took him in my arms, he was really nice to me. " And when I said that I felt my cheeks turn red.  " I didn't know that dreams can be so real.  I told Zoey about it and I agreed to investigate further before I told you I was afraid you wouldn't believe me... "
"  I would have believed you no matter if you told me you dreamed of elephants skating on ice, " and I see in his eyes regret, " you could trust me."
I lower my head in embarrassment.
" I know, uncle, but then everything started to get...weird, when I went to pick up Rafe and Gabriela from school I heard the violin song again and that's how I got to the mansion, then the song was gone  so nice...was crazy and scar...I was very scared and we both talked he told me that you deny me the magic that is in me, that i deny my potential and that he can show me what  it really means magic and I will become the most powerful witch in the world. "
" And what did you tell him?"  Uncle Derek asked me.
I looked at the rest of the people in the room with their mouths shut and they were waiting to continue.
" That I wouldn't give up on you for anything in the world, he didn't like my answer so the music started to get even faster, but I objected in time. "
" Yes, you should have heard her screaming at that door and the books in the library." Gabriela said abruptly.
Uncle Derek seemed genuinely surprised, it seems that Gabriela caught him on the wrong foot  was a rare opportunity in life.
" What do you mean, Gabriela the  books were here?" Uncle Michael asked.
Gabriela smiled contentedly and began to straighten her back.
" Of course there were books here, we saw them with our own eyes, you can also ask Rafe. "
Uncle Michael looked at his son, who seemed no longer so shy.
" Gabriela is right I was here, I saw the books, they were all magic books from the city of Rhakotis, Kasandra said they were written in the language of wizards. "
Everyone looked at the shelves again, which were really empty, then uncle Derek gestured in Eric's mother's direction.
" Miranda, do you think you can help me?"
Mrs. Williams walked away from her husband and leaned next to the shelves. She had reached for one of them and closed her eyes, then slowly saw all sorts of books appear on the shelves.
" A simple but effective spell, he really thought he could pull us."  And she had taken a book in her hand, " these books are real treasures for any wizard I would really like to study a few. " My grandparents joined him curiously.
Uncle Dererk turns to me.
" Kasandra, where did this meeting between you and Dire  Magnus  take place?"
" Upstairs, the door was at the end of the hall."
I see my mother tensing at the words and exchanging glances with uncle Jake.
" You mean you were in the greenhouse?"  Mom asked.
I raise an eyebrow in astonishment.
" You were here? "
My mother shrugged.
" After your little trip here I felt the need to check, but we didn't find anything."
At that moment Gabriela came down from Eric's arms and went to my mother.  And when she spoke she had a broken voice.
" Why did you die?  Why did you leave us?  Don't you know you're the superglue of the family?  You are the one who keeps us united, without you this family would not even exist, please do not leave us, anymore. What would this family do if you weren't here? "  Gabriela had tears in her eyes and now hugging my mother's leg, and Rafe did the same as her, and the rest of the people in the room watched the small scene with sad eyes until uncle Derek told my mother to take us home, then mom had taken them in her arms and we had left the mansion.
