There are galaxies of mysteries and darkness,
But I am safe and I know my way.
She is my light, night and day.
I listen close to what she'll say.
There are well lit roads,
And pitch black alley's.
The alley's home,
But it's like the road,
Cause when I am there with her I am safe.
She is my light.
That is her place.
Everyone wants someone.
Someone wants everyone.
Everybody wants to be a somebody,
But everyone is already a somebody to someone,
And no one to someone.
You're only a somebody to just anybody,
But you're someone to your own somebody.
Why do you want to be everyone's someone?
Can you accept that you're someone like anyone?
I don't know who you are or where you've been but I want to know you.
I don't know what you've done good or what was your sin but I forgive you.
I don't care if you hate me and everyone else but I love you.
I noticed you.
I care about you.
Everyone wants to make a mark.
Everyone wants to change the world.
I'd rather blend in with the dark,
But I've changed since I met this girl.
This girl says I'm beautiful.
That I change the world for good.
She stopped hurting herself because of me,
I didn't know she would, but I knew she could.
She did.
This girl is my light.
She shines bright all day and night.
She is radiant.
She is seen.
She is glorious.
She is my light.
