Here I am, on my knees.
If I stand, will I just fall down again?
No one's here, to wipe away my tears.
I'm confused, I've been confused for years.
Am I lost if I lose this battle?
Have I won if I win this war?
If I die am I gone forever?
If I live what should I hope for?
Take a chance, you might smile tomorrow.
Take a chance, take a deep breath in.
I don't care if they call you weak just,
Take a chance, you might love again.
People say, don't give up.
I'm still here, aren't I?
If I'm still here then I should feel alive.
And I've tried honesty.
I'm not too scared, I don't pretend to be.
All these scars may remain forever.
That does not mean that I can't heal.
I can bleed, not bleed out. It's different.
But if I live what should I hope for?
