2 years later**
Three months. Three months and everything took a drasticchange. Your once a happy life with your boyfriend fell in rifts of unsaid.
"I really can't give you a complete surety about it Dr.Lee." The doctor's hopeless voice gave you a stinging pain in your heart. How did you manage to grow a tumor within yourself without knowing? How life was being too cruel to you to leave you without your consent. "I-I want to live." Your faint murmur waved away with your salty tears because all that you were welcome was with pure darkness.
Blowing out the hot coffee, you took a slurping sip from your mug, your eyes wandering around the tea table but not really fixed anywhere. "How long y/n?" Cara spoke and you sighed, looking at her hopeless smile. "How long will you continue this y/n?" Cara, asked again and you understood what she meant.
Jimin never stopped coming after you. He always came to the hospital to meet you, but you always ignored him telling you were busy. You didn't want him to know anything about your disease. He always tried calling you but you never picked it. You both still loved each other. But both of you didn't know how you were surviving without each other.
"There's nothing to continue or end Cara. He thinks I don't love him and I'm fine with it." You shrugged your shoulders as if it wasn't a big deal, but oh boy the way it hurt your heart wasn't something new feeling. "And you are giving him all the reasons to show it." Cara creased her forehead with irritation.
"It's fine Cara. It will be less difficult for him when I'll leave." You chuckled dryly, as your throat burned again while gulping down the tears of pain. "You are crazy! How are you so sure that you won't make it? What if you do?" Cara kept her hand on your shoulder only to feel you laugh, as if she cracked some joke.
"Its my body Cara and I know I'm dying." You flicked your tongue but your smile swept off seeing small beads of tears forming in her eyes. "Cara..." your voice trailed off as you hugged her sideways making her whimper a little while sobbing. "It's so easy for you to say that y/n. Don't you care about us?" She cried a little and you patted her hairs.
As soon as you reached your apartment you winced silently as the pain in your head increased and you felt the nerves in your brain throb as if your skull would blast anytime. Both physical and mental pain was exhausting you, with your leftover strength you made your way to the washroom and pinned your back to the door feeling the cold sensation down your nose. Your nose was bleeding.
With every second that was passing, you felt like nearing your end. The thought of not being able to see your people the next day, scares you to even fall asleep. There were time when you felt like telling everything to Jimin and spent the last few years, in his embrace, but then his pain strickes face would appear in front of you, making your heart heavy and gradually sealed your lips from spilling the truth.

The doorbell of your house rang grabbing your attention, that you walked to open the door. It was one of those days where your head was paining again and the light throbbing increased with every second. Opening the door, you saw Jin standing there. A small smile made its way on your lips.
"Umm..actually I had given a health check up last week in your hospital, and the doctor said the reports are with you so I've come to take it. By the way how are you?" He asked. "I'm good." You nodded before giving him way to enter inside.
"Do you wanna have some juice?" You asked him as he sat on your couch. "No. I'm good." He shook his head and you nodded. "So how is Mr Park?" You asked him. "H-He still thinks about you all the time. He's crazy about you y/n. Please-" your heart ached hearing him. "I'll get the reports. Its in my room." You heard him murmur a small 'alright' and walked towards your room.
Clutching the side of your head, you shuffled through the desks and drawers to search the file but the pain in your head kept increasing. "Mmhh." You whimpered, now grabbing your hairs, pulling them lightly to decrease the pain somehow but it wasn't working. Your breath shortened and you groaned slightly, hold the frame of your wardrobe as your kneels felt too weak to support your body.
"Why are you taking so much tim-" Jin halted in between seeing your disheveled state standing at the doorstep of the room. "Y/n.." he was startled and ran upto you to hold you properly and turned you towards him, only to widen his eyes. Your nose was bleeding and your eyes felt heavy, closing halfway. "Hey. Y/n why are you bleeding?" He lightly tapped your cheek but you tried wiping your nose, walking away from him.
"I-I am f-fine." You stuttered badly, failing to hide the pain, which your face was reflecting. Jin was bewildered seeing you like this. He had no single idea what happened to you but a sudden fear encrypted in his heart. "Y/n..let's go to the hospital." He held your hand firmly, but you shook your head firmly, and hiccuped in between.
It was too much for you to take now. First, the pain in your head. Second, the fear of revelation of truth. If Jin gets to know then Jimin will get to know eventually and that was the last thing which you wanted right now. "Y/n." Jin glared at you when you were being stubborn. "Please." He was now more confused seeing you shed tears, not understanding the situation a bit.
"Call C-Cara Ji-" your voice trailed off before everything around you went blank and your body felt light, ready to fall free but Jin caught you in the nick of time. "Y/n." It was all you heard, before you fell unconscious.
