Petra Rall. Ten Titan-kills to her credit; forty-eight kill-assists.
Oruo Bozad. Thirty-nine kills; nine assists.

Elite as they come.

Eld Jinn. Fourteen kills; thirty-two assists.
Gunther Schultz. Seven kills; forty assists.

And lastly Maria Hirsch. Fifty-four kills; twenty-three assists.

Almost every one of these Scouts was handpicked by Captain Levi for accomplishments in the field: except one...'

A loud bang could be heard on the other side of the door, followed by a loud "Oww!" and a soft, short laugh.

Levi haltered as Petra got up to open the door. Hanji stood before them, rubbing her forehead. Following closely behind her, was a rather small woman with long honey-blonde locks and brown doe-like eyes.

"I'm so sorry. Good evening, Levi squad!" Hanji beamed, waving. "How is castle life treating everyone?"

"You're early," Levi stated. Eren glid his eyes over the two intruders. "Am I? S'pose I couldn't help myself." "Section Commander Hanji?" Eren spoke up, now looking back at the unfamiliar woman next to the crazy Squad leader. He had heard about a woman named Maria, serving under Levi's command, but had never actually seen her. Although she looked like she didn't belong in the Survey Corps in the first place, he had to admit she was very pretty.

The woman smiled at him as she placed her small hand on the Corporal's shoulder. Eren's eyes widened for a moment. He'd never seen anyone touch the Captain in such a casual manner and get away with it.

"Hello there, Eren." Hanji began. "I'm in charge of investigating the two Titans we've captured in town, and I'd very much like your help."

The small woman next to Levi bent down slightly to whisper something in his ear; "Is this the Titan shifter boy?" Levi hummed a short "Yes", as she pulled her hand back and smiled.

"I came to get permission." Eren seemed to get nervous by the presence of the over-excited Squad leader. "My help? Experiments? What would I have to do?" "Join me, of course! On a quest of scientific discovery!"

"Aw Hanji, please give the poor boy a break." The honey-blonde suddenly laughed. Levi rolled his eyes as he dragged his cup up to his lips again.

"W-well..." He stuttered. "I can't give permission myself... I'm under close restrictions by order of the higher-ups..." "Oi Levi, what's Eren doing tomorrow?"

"Cleaning the courtyard." He bluntly stated.

"Excellent, then! It's settled." She got hold of his right hand, leaning closer to him. "Eren... See you tomorrow!" "R-right... Just so I'm clear, what exactly will I be doing?" "Hmm?"
