Melody's POV
I followed Aunt Kate back to where Liz was...tears rolling down my face the whole time. When we got close to her recovery room, aunt Kate turned around. "Honey, there's something I want you to know!" She said. "She lost a lot of blood, so she needs a blood transfusion!" She continued. "Oh my god.....do you think I have the same blood type?" I asked, in shock. "Oh....I don't know Melody....maybe, but first we would have to ask your mother and see if the nurse could test you. I'll ask for you just go in there and make her feel better. Liz is awake and alert, she's going to sound weak, so just talk to her, and be positive!" she said. "Okay, got it!" I said, sucking in all my tears. I walked in and she sat up and started crying, so I ran over to her bedside. "Hey...look at me, it's gonna be okay...we're gonna get through this, I'm gonna be here...I'm not going anywhere, I promise!" I said, my voice cracking. She hugged me, still crying. "You're strong, and if you can handle psychotic people...you can handle this, I know you can!" I said "And I'm going to donate some blood if I can, and if Tara says yes she will too! We got this, I promise!" I continued. I sat on her bed with her and kept her spirits up, and Kate went to talk to my mom!

Kate's POV
"Okay, here's the deal...if you don't tell her today, I'm telling her tonight! It was really hard for me not to tell her as we were walking back! Liz needs something good to happen, and what better than finding out her best friend is really her sister!!!" I said as I was walking back out to the waiting area. "So, it's your choice...but either way they're both finding out before midnight! Got it?" I said firmly. "You don't get to call everything just because you're a nurse!" Natalie said "But, you KNOW I'm right...yes she's gonna hate you for keeping it from her for sixteen years, but she deserves to know the truth!" I said, feeling like I had just set her straight. "I don't care, I'm still not telling her...and the girls promised they wouldn't tell her, right girls?" she said, being stubborn. "Yes!" they all said at the same time! I looked over at Tara and could tell she didn't like lying to her big sister! She just agreed because she had made a promise! I motioned her to come with me, and she got up and walked towards me!

Melody's POV
"Melody, I have to tell you something!" I heard Tara whisper. Liz was asleep so I just stayed in there with her and sung softly! "Dude, you scared me!" I whispered back. "I'm sorry I didnt mean to, you gotta admit it was funny though!" she said laughing quietly. "Yeah yeah yeah, whatever!" I said, snickering! I got up and walked into the hallway. "What's up?" I asked, looking at Aunt Kate and Tara. "Okay so, promise me that you won't kill me!" Tara said. "I promise, now what is it?" I said with a slight laugh. "You know how you and Liz look so much alike sometimes, I can hardly tell you apart?" she asked, looking really freaked. "Yeah...mom said it was just a coincidence!" I said "Well....mom's been lying to you all of your life!" she said. "What?!?!?! Mom would never do that!" I said freaking out. 'I thought so too, but she has...and I can't keep her secret anymore!" she said! "Mom...is Liz's birth mother! She 'did it' with her high school sweetheart, and then she decided she couldn't live with the product of the biggest mistake she ever made!" she continued. "No way!! Prove it!" I said! "Gladly! I found Liz's birth certificate and I took a picture of it, cause I knew you wouldn't believe me!" she said, looking through her phone. "See for yourself!" she said. I took her phone and looked at it....and my mouth dropped. "We're...!" I froze, then tears came running down my face...I ran out to the waiting room and handed Tara's phone to my mom! "Care to explain?!?!" I said, crying. "Honey, I'm..." she began. "Save it! I have had a sister, a SISTER, for sixteen...SIXTEEN years, and you, of all people, failed to tell me the truth! What kind of mother are you?!?!" I said, crying! "Melody...I'm sorry, I didn't know how to tell you!" she said, sincerely. "You want to know what the worst part of it is, she has had a horrible life...because you made a stupid mistake, and then decided you couldn't live with the product of that mistake! THAT was the biggest mistake you ever made! Sorry doesn't cut it this time!" I said, crying even worse. "Guys, I know this is a bad time but Liz has just been taken up to her room! Just thought I should tell you...oh and school is closed for a week, we're expecting a foot of snow within a few days, so they just decided to close it for a week just to be safe!" Aunt Kate said! "Thanks Aunt Kate, I would love to go up there!" I said still upset. "Oh and one more thing, all of us are staying here all week...you haven't been there for her in sixteen years...so you will be here for her now, she needs us. End of discussion!" I said still angry! Why couldn't she just tell me instead of me finding out from my little sister?!?! I will never understand!!! Now here comes the tricky part...telling Liz!
