Chapter 39

Alyssa's POV

She wasn't kidding when she said she'd sew my mouth. She looked deep into my eyes and I really wanted to bite her eyeball off for deceiving me by using Elizabeth and Ken. I never thought they'd be her puppet. I tried getting out of the chain but it was no use. The more I tried pulling myself out of the chains the weaker I became.

"Say your last prayer you little bitch!"
I closed my eyes tight. This was going to be the end of my life. I was never going to wake up again. The door opened as soon as I felt the needle touching my lip. That was at least a distraction. It was Ben at the door. Ben!!

"Ben!" I screamed but he didn't seem to acknowledge the fact that I was there. He walked up to Vivian and murmured something I didn't quite understand. Vivian went red in the face when she received the news and slapped Ben hard in the face causing him to fall to the ground.

"Leave my brother alone!" I screamed. I got slapped harder in the face for screaming.
"Will you shut up!" She boomed.

I was about getting up to talk back at her but she moved speedily and pierced my lips with the needle and thread. I felt blood rushing outta my lips and staining my yellow shirt. I began sipping in my own blood. This was really the end of me.

Hoping Ben wasn't a puppet I stretched my hands to touch him. Maybe...just maybe...if I could read his mind I could get something out of it. It looked as though I wouldn't do it but then I did.

Angie's POV

He still hadn't gotten up and we were running out of time. I was worried sick about Alyssa. Who knew what was happening to her right now? I began thinking of a plan B.

"Ma'am", a doctor called me interrupting my thought. He was just coming out of the theatre. "He has some kind of brain damage ma'am and I wouldn't say he's in the right state to talk to you but he really wants to."

I ran into the theatre not bothering to reply the doctor. I met a very pale Louis on the bed. "Please tell me you'll be strong enough to perform the ritual", I pleaded. He just nodded his head slowly and it made me feel he wouldn't do it.

"Please Louis we really need to perform the ritual. It's the only way out."

Call me an uncaring person but I really needed Alyssa much more than I needed Louis at this point. But then Louis didn't answer my question but began convulsing.

"Oh shit! Doctor Matt he's convulsing!" I screamed rushing out of the theatre. Luckily for me the doctor wasn't far and heard me fast enough so he was able to make it to the theatre on time to see Louis in his bad state.

The doctor looked really confused. "I think something else is wrong with him but I don't know what"
I left the theatre in frustration. I went to search for Mary. My priority was finding Alyssa.
