Chapter 1 - Reternal

It is recommended that you read Part 1, the other Konosuba story on my account so you are caught up otherwise this won't make sense.

The smaller person whose main colour scheme was red and yellow looked to the blue one.

Red: "Didn't you take down the poster?"

Blue: "I did."

The one wearing a green tracksuit spoke up.

Green: "Then why does he have it in his hand?"

Blue: "I don't know! Maybe he found it in the bin where I put it!"

Green: "You threw it in the trash?!"

"Nope. It was up on the board."

Red: "Are you sure you threw it away?!"

Blue: "I'm sure!"

I smile.

They really don't change, even if in another reality.

Blue then turns to me.

Blue: "Sorry, but we're not recruiting anymo—"

Green quickly put his hand over Blue's mouth.

Green: "Hey now! Let's not get hasty. What's your rank?"

"Adventurer."

They can learn about my true rank later.

Blue: "Just an adventurer? Sorry, but we don't need any more weaklings!"

Green: "Who declared you as the party leader? I say to give him a chance! I really just want a dependable party member..."

Red & Blue: "What was that?!"

Another recognisable person walked over. Clad in armour as she normally is with her wavy blonde hair.

Yellow: "Who's this?"

Green: "This is....Uh, what's your name?"

"(Y/N)."

Green: "I suppose we should introduce each other."

Green pointed to the red loli character.

Green: "This Archmage here is Megumin"

Megumin suddenly struck a pose.

Ahh. I remember this!

Megumin: "My name is Megumin! My calling is that of an Archmage, and one who controls the strongest offensive magic, Explosion!"

"Oooh, explosion? That sounds quite impressive, Megumin!"

She blushed a bit, happy with the praise.

Megumin: "You bet it is!"

Green: "The blue one here is our Archpriest, Aqua."

Aqua: "I'm Aqua, the Goddess of Water!"

I looked at her with a deadpan expression, again.

"U-Um...Did she hit her head or something."

Green nodded.

Aqua: "H-Hey!"

Green: "The Crusader next to you is Darkness."

Darkness nodded.

Darkness: "It's nice to meet you."

I waited a moment for her to say to use her as a shield, like she said last time. But she didn't.
