I stand up from my bed and stretch my arm. I open my door and walk down the stairs, yawning as I do. The living room was empty and so was the kitchen.

Oh right, they went on an adventure today, didn't they?

I walk over to the cupboard and pull out some cereal, pouring it into a bowl and the milk soon following after. I put the bowl on the table and grab a spoon, sitting down. I quietly sit there and eat my breakfast thinking about what happened as my arm was severed.

That voice...what or who was it? My memory is fuzzy after waking back up. I stopped Beldia from cutting my arm off, like what happened last time, but I still lost the arm. It's like...someone was prepared to cut it off in case Beldia failed. There's no way that Beldia would've planned that far, right?

I quickly finished the rest of the cereal and drank the excess milk. I washed the bowl and the spoon, the spoon splashing water back onto me because I'm an idiot and decided to put it under the tap with it facing upwards. I head back upstairs and change into my usual adventuring gear. I leave the mansion and make my way to Axel. I arrive at the town and purposely pass by the Blacksmith. He looks at me but he doesn't call out to me.

Uhhh, what?

I continue walking and make my way to the Guild. Luna makes eye contact with me and jogs over to me.

Luna: "(Y/N)! Welcome back!"

"Hey Luna. How've you been?"

Luna: "Not bad. Been pretty busy dealing with an order."

"Order? What order?"

Luna: "Like purchase order. I ordered something from the Blacksmith but he's been pretty busy so I haven't been able to receive it yet?"

"Oh? What'd you buy?"

Luna: "I asked for him to make something custom for a certain adventurer to help them get back up on their feet but the order has been delayed..."

I hope she's referring to the arm...If so, then I suppose a couple more days one-sided will be fine.

"The Blacksmith is a very busy man, as he's one of the best in this town."

Luna: "That is, he's the only blacksmith."

"He's what?! Actually yeah now that I think about it, I don't think I've seen any other Blacksmith's..."

Luna nodded and sighed.

Luna: "Well there's not really much I can do."

"Just give him time. He's a dependable blacksmith! He's helped me out a bunch in the past."

Luna: "Like what?"

"Well, he gave me a suitable form of offence, referring to my first sword and my current axe. He also gave me a discount on the axe after what happened with Beldia!"

Luna: "He is a nice man once you get to know him."

"I had that feeling."

Miyuki: "Oh, hey cutie!"

Luna and I turned to Miyuki who was a bit away, holding a tray with drinks on it. She waves at me with her free hand and I wave back as she goes back to focusing on work.

Luna: "Miyuki has really grown attached to you, hey?"

"It appears she has."

Luna: "Before she met you, she was a bit shy and not as open with adventurers, then she met you and it just...changed."

"Really? Because when I first met her when I first got here, she called me 'cutie' first and seemed like an open gal."

Luna: "She told me that when she first saw you, something just told her that she was able to be open with you and she just went for it! She's glad she met you."
