My eyes flutter open. I'm in bed in my room.

Usumi: "You've finally awoken?"

I sit up and look to my right to see Usumi tinkering with something on my desk.

"How long was I out for?"

Usumi: "A week."

"T-Then...does that mean the Dullahan is here?"

Usumi nodded her head.

Usumi: "The rest have gone off to fight."

"What about you?"

Usumi: "I'm conserving your health. Here. Drink this."

She stands up from the desk holding a small cup with some green liquid in it.

"What's this?"

Usumi: "It's a drink that'll hold back the outburst for a bit."

I take the cup from her hands and drink all of it in one sip. It tastes horrible.

"Eugh! Gross."

Usumi: "It's not meant to taste good."

"But how long will it hold back the outburst?"

Usumi: "Not very long considering it's stronger than last time."

"What do you mean?"

Usumi: "Well in the previous life, you only had little experience with everything. But now, as you've accustomed to everything, it's going to be much stronger. I don't really know how to explain it."

"I think I get what you mean. Well won't I just be knocked out of it like last time?"

Usumi: "That's a possibility but we can't say for sure that it'll happen again."

I take my legs out of the blanket.

"I guess we should head over?"

Usumi reluctantly nods. Usumi leaves the room as I change into my gear. I finish and we leave the mansion.

Usumi: "Don't teleport us there. The use of your skills and spells while in this state could become unstable."

"Then can you teleport us there?"

Usumi: "It's still dangerous."

I nod.

"Well let's run there."

The two of us pick up the pace.

The town felt barren. There was no one outside, possibly hiding in the safety of their homes.

Usumi: "How are you feeling?"

"Not good..."

My stomach feels like it's churning. I fall to the ground and throw up.

Usumi: "I fear that you'll be taken over soon..."

"Yeah. I can feel it as well."

Usumi helps me up and we continue moving. The northern gate was in view and we could see adventurers fighting his undead army. We leave the gates where Beldia notices us.

Beldia: "Finally, you're here!"

The battling seemed to stop. The undead army became passive and the adventurers backed off a bit.

Kazuma: "(Y/N)!"

Our party ran over with Megumin on YunYun's back.

YunYun: "Are you okay?! Should you even be out?"
