It's been about a week since the incident with Bucky and I have yet to apologize, and why should I? I'm not in the wrong.

I was just trying to enjoy my lunch when Tony told me there was a surprise waiting for me downstairs. He insisted on blindfolding me so I had no clue where we were going. He led me into a small room and told me not to take off the blindfold until I was instructed to do so. I waited for a minute before I heard someone else walk in and the door close behind them.

"Alright! Take it off." I heard Tony's voice over the loudspeaker. I removed the blindfold and looked in front of me. My eyes filled with hated and his filled with fear.

"Steve!" Bucky banged on the door behind him "let me out! She's gonna kill me!"

"No, she's not." Steve spoke calmly over the loudspeaker.

"I'm not." I said.

"Yeah, I find that hard to believe." Bucky kept banging on the door. I looked around to figure out where we were, we were in Bruce's containment cell. Yeah, we're not getting out of here until someone lets us out.

"We're not letting you out until you make up." Tony told us.

"You've got to be kidding me!" I shouted.

I slumped down in the ground and Bucky did the same opposite me. We sat there for a good ten minutes until Bucky spoke up.

"Why do you hate me so much?" I looked up at him and saw how sad he looked.

"You haven't given me much of a reason not to." I said harshly.

"But still, we barely know each other. What have I ever done to you." I scoffed and though for a minute.

Oh, what the hell.

"Hey, Tony? How many people can hear us?" I asked.

"Just Steve and I." He answered.

I looked up at Bucky "Tony's my dad." His head shot up and he looked at me.

"He's my dad. That's why I hate you, you killed my grandparents." He looked incredibly sorry and I almost felt bad for him.

"I'm sorry. Everything I did under HYDRA's control...I wish I could undo all of it." He looked so guilt ridden.

"I know, but I can't help but think that maybe if his parents weren't dead, Tony would've grown up to be different and I would've had a father." Bucky and I made eye contact, both of our eyes were watering. "And I don't hate you."

"You don't?" He asked.

"No, I blame you. There's a difference. But I'm blaming you for something that's no ones fault. Life goes on and you can't change the inevitable." I smiled at him and he smiled back.

"Now hug!" Tony's voice rang out over the speakers.

"No." Bucky and I said in unison.

"I'm not letting you two out until you hug." I sigh loudly and stand up, Bucky does the same. We share an awkward hug and quickly separate.

"Ok, can we come out now?" I asked impatiently.

"Um, the doors aren't opening. We kind of expected this to take longer to they're on a timed release so neither of us could let you out just because we felt bad." Tony informed us.

"And there's no way to override it?" Bucky asked. "What if she tried to kill me?!"

"We just had to hope that wouldn't happen." Steve admitted. Bucky and I sighed and sat down on the hard floor.
