Korra placed her hands on both sides of the sink, trying to calm herself down. She could hear a bunch of kids trying to get to their class, lockers being closed, and every other irrelevant sound. Great, a new school. Just what I needed. She decided to splash some cold water on her face to ease her nerves and not think about anything else.
Without thinking, Korra quickly got her backpack and left the bathroom. As she opened the door in a rush she heard a loud thud that made her jump.
"Ow!" said a teenage boy
Korra turned around and saw a tall, dark haired boy rubbing his face.
"Sorry! I wasn't looking." said Korra all worried and making sure the boy was okay.
"Clearly." said the boy a bit angry while turning his face to Korra. "Next time try to-" his words got lost as he looked directly at Korra.
He stared in awe and lost in his thoughts. The only thing he could think was wowwww. And that word was not even enough, he just couldn't think straight.
"Next time I should try to what?" Korra's stern voice brought him back to reality.
"Forget what I said. Don't worry about it, it was an accident." he replied, blushing a little.
Korra was a bit confused. At first he seemed he was angry with her and now, he was "okay"?
" Yeah, don't worry about it" said the boy next to him. "There is nothing valuable in that head of his." He stretched out his hand as he was laughing a bit. "My name is Bolin and the guy you just hit with the bathroom door is my brother Mako." he said as he pointed to his brother.
"Korra" she said stretching Bolin's hand. "I'm sorry about your head, Mako."
"It's okay, really. And don't believe Bolin's little joke" he said giving his brother a murderous look
"Well, I have to get to the principal's office. It was nice meeting you." said Korra and began walking away
"Now we know why the principal wanted to meet Asami." said Bolin with a smile and watching Korra walk away
"Yeah." was the only thing Mako could respond.

When Asami turned to face Korra, she knew she had to get to know her. Korra was dressed in clear denim ripped jeggings, a white shirt with a black denim jacket, and a black baseball hat. It maybe a simple outfit but she looked stunning. There was a little scar across her left eyebrow and one that ran along vertically on her neck but what caught her attention were her blue eyes that standed out with her tan skin. She had never seen ocean blue eyes like that. Calm down, Asami. You don't even know her, yet.
"Korra, this is Asami Sato. She is one of the best students around and will help you out today. Any questions you have, you can tell Asami." principal Tenzin's voice made Asami return to the world.
"Nice to meet you Korra." she said cheerfully
"Likewise." said Korra
"Now that you know each other, you may head to your classes." said Tenzin giving both girls a small smile.
Asami and Korra got off their chairs ready to head out of the principal's office. Korra when out first and Asami followed behind her.
"You know, you don't have to help me out. I can find my way around." said Korra when they were out of the administration office.
