I ran down the long, narrow corridors. It felt like they were closing in on me. I hadn't slept in 4 days... it was probably hallucinations. But now I'm positive the walls were closing in on me. They became as slim as my petite body, and I breathed, gasped for air.

I finally ran to the end of the corridor. I looked back. The walls were normal. They hadn't moved an inch. I shuddered, and turned the corner. I was out into the night's cold wind. My skin illuminated in the moonlight, but soon was no longer visible.

The dark clouds had passed by the moon, and it covered the white light beaming down on me. I looked past the field that I was about to walk over, and saw the glorious school in front of me. Hogwarts!

I walked across the field. The sludging mud below me stuck to my boots. It felt like quick sand, except it was painfully slow. I finally managed to cross the green sea, and ran forward through the arched opening in the corridor. I ran down a corridor and came face to face with a large, brown door.

An old lady stood in front of it. I was going into sixth year, but was surrounded by first years, eager to get sorted into their houses. She opened the door, and a flood of different colours met my eyes.

On one table, a hurricane of green. The other, a flood of red. Another blue. The last one was yellow. I realised how gloomy everybody was. They were sad, I could tell. Maybe something had happened in the forth year. I saw a pale girl with black hair and a fringe crying on her table. Her friends comforted her the best they could, but she was distraught.

My heart hurt for this, she was truly upset. Maybe someone else could tell me. The elder lady motioned me forward to the front of the hall. I was greeted by a stool and a battered, black hat. I sat down on the stool and the hat began speaking...
