(Y/N) was able to follow Leonardo out of the sewers without having to be in any more conflict with Kraang droids. They stayed close as he lead her through a crowded gap between two other buildings into an abandoned construction area that looked like a work in progress. He was definitely not messing around with his stealthy white eyes. He lifted his fist as if to tell her to stop, and she did. His blades were being slowly unsheathed, and she took that as a sign to also take out her weapon.

He snarled for a bit until he went all blades blazing to the group of footbots in his sights. She watched him as he savagely murders a ninja bot. She came out of her hiding spot to take down another one who was going to ambush him. Leo didn't take a second to glance back and thank her. She gave him an annoyed look behind his head, but moved on.

More footbots ambushed, throwing ninja stars after ninja stars at the two. Leo ran towards them, blocking every one of them and protecting (Y/N). One managed to make a little cut on her arm, but she didn't make a big deal out of it. Leo slashed through one of the footbots, and (Y/N) helped with attacking the rest like an acrobat.

But from the same wall they snuck in from, a chain wrapped around his wrist and pulled him back, making him hang against the wall with one arm.
"Leo!" (Y/N) yelled. A sword stabbed through the wooden barrier, but luckily not through Leo. Another footbot was running up to tackle her from behind, but Leo knew. He threw one of his swords at it as soon as he can see it again. (Y/N) threw her weapon through the barrier, hearing deactivating robot noises. He dropped down and unwrapped the chain.

"Thanks." He said under his breath, holding onto his wrist. He glanced up at the top of the apartment building and glared. She did too, when she saw who was up there.

Shredder and his gang.

He posed like a serious and fearless hero and said, "Stop hiding behind your footbots! Face us, Shredder!"

"What kind of vengeance-seeking akuto like you would leave your pathetic little army to kill us? Why not you yourself?!"

"You are beneath me, ignorant fools." Shredder responded with a scowl.

The two didn't pay attention to the footsteps of ANOTHER footbot, causing them to crash into the central area of the construction site. (Y/N) fell out closer to the surface, but tumbling down on the rocky hill. She was able to stab through the slope and keep from falling any further. Meanwhile, Leo kicked it overhead and it fell just past her. He turned on his plastron.
"(Y/N)!" He exclaimed.

"I'm alright!" She yelled back, hanging onto her weapon. Leo got back on his feet. "I'll get up there on my own, just... take those guys out!"

More of the -- well, you know what they are, I don't need to say it again -- appeared out of nowhere onto the other surfaces surrounding the giant hole in the ground. His breath quickened and his pupils got smaller. He ain't messin' around anymore.

Leonardo screamed a battle cry as he charged towards one of them and sliced them across. He was going crazy on every footbot in his path, making sure the only remains of them are corpses of metal scrap. He swung onto a higher floor and thrusted his katana through another. When (Y/N) got up on the floor Leo fell on, she gazed at him, watching the blue-clad turtle unsheath a dagger from the bottom of his katana and jab into the one behind him. He glared at the ground with a snarl, watching as electric sparks from its remains.

"Damn, Leo." She commented when she got up to his level. "You're the craziest savage I've ever seen."

He looked up at you and raised a mask ridge, but it lowered as he smirked with a little blush. "It wasn't much- AAAH!" He got tripped by a surviving footbot that was laying on the ground, and he went falling deep.
