Tuesday 7:40pm
Walking into Landon's apartment, I realized how long my day was.
I ended my lease for the apartment and I got my things back.
I took Bryan's car off the insurance and canceled the payments.
Then lastly I went grocery shopping because Landon didn't have anything I could cook with.
I putting the bags on the counter and got started on dinner.
I decided I was going to make philly cheesesteak stuffed shells with Roasted potatoes and broccoli.
................................. 8:45pm
I took everything out of the oven and placed them on a place mat on the counter.
I left the food in the counter and walked to the guest room to shower.
After my shower. I got out and moisturized. I put on a black tank top and black spandex shorts.
I walked towards the kitchen and heard Landon come in.
"Hey Landon" I said walking into kitchen
"Hey Nalani" he greeted following behind me
"Did you cook?" He asked looking at the food I made
"yea.... I had a long day and I was hungry" I shrugged
"why don't you shower and I'll wait for you" I suggested
"ight I'll be right back" he said walking into his room.
After waiting for 15 mins Landon came out.
"Ok let's eat" I said smiling like a dumbass
We plated our food and sat down on the couch.
"ok what are we watching" I asked getting comfortable
"well I actually wanted to this anime called 'Attack on Titans'- but you probably not interested in anime so-"
"I actually wanted to start it too cause I finished 'One Piece'" I said cutting him off.
"You watch anime?" He asked shocked
"yea.. why is that hard to believe" I said chuckling
"oh no... I mean nothing by it... it's just that I haven't met a girl who genuinely likes anime" he said
"well this woman does" I said smiling and pressing play .................
We watched the first season but we took a break to wash the dishes
"Don't worry I'll wash them" Landon said grabbing my plate
"oh... thank you" I said
"Nalani where did you learn to cook like that" He asked
"My mom and grandma taught me... but mainly my grandma. She was really the best" I said
I smiled think about the memory of my grandma.
"was?"
"yea she passed away 5 years ago. She's actually the reason I got this tattoo on my thigh" I said showing him

"That shit is nice as fuck. But what made you get this instead of just her name." he asked looking at the details
"Her name was Rosetta, hence the roses, and the dragon represents her fiery personality and plus she use to tell me that if she were to be reincarnated, she would be a dragon. No matter how many times you tell her they aren't real, she wouldn't change her mind" I said smiling and lightly laughing.
"She must have been on hell of a woman" He said returning my smile
"That she was" I said smiling
