AN: here's chapter 7 guys! I hope you like it!
Axels POV:
"Guys, we have to tell Alessandro," I said, gripping the steering wheel tightly."Yeah," Vito agreed, "it could be her."
"No," Drake said, making the two of us look at him in surprise. I momentarily lost control of the car, nearly crashing the vehicle.
"EYES ON THE ROAD, IDIOT!" Vito yelled, sprawled out on the back seat.
I grinned sheepishly, "sorry, guys," I stopped at a red light, "But, why?"
Drake sighed, "Look, we've been searching for Lila for years. So many fake girls have come to us. If we tell the others without proving it first, and if it turns out it's not her..." he trailed off.
I was clutching the wheel so tight my knuckles were turning white. Over the past decade, so many people have tried to dupe us into thinking they are our lost Principessa. Fortunately, they always got caught. The others became more and more closed off.
"Fine!" I snapped, "We'll wait."

Lilas POV:
I crept around the back and located my bedroom window. I climbed the freezing metal pipe and crouched onto the very thin windowsill. I skilfully picked the lock and quietly opened the window. Sighing quietly, I jumped in and stretched."You're late."
Instinctively, I grabbed my gun and pointed it at the source.
Zoe stepped into the moonlight, "You're late, and you have a gun."
"Jeez, Zoe, you scared me!" I huffed, subconsciously letting my guard down.
"Sorry," but she didn't look very sorry, "Where were you?"
I stared at her in shock, disbelief and amusement. I never imagined that I would be interrogated by a five-year-old.
"I got attacked and hitched a ride from some people I knew who saved me." I half lied.
Zoe looked outraged, "What! You tell me the name of those people who attacked you, and I'll teach them a lesson!"
Don't laugh, don't laugh, don't laugh; I repeated like a mantra.
"Ahem," I coughed, "Zoe, it's late. Why don't we talk in the morning? I'll see you then, okay?"
"Okay," Zoe drooped, and I chuckled slightly. I picked her up, and she wrapped her little arms around me like a koala bear and rested her head on my shoulder. I took her to her room and tucked her in bed. Just before I left, I heard her whisper 'thank you.'
I went back to my room, suddenly realising how tired I was. Behind my beds headboard, there was a loose brick which I used to store the most valuable stuff. I placed my gun in there and took out the two things that have been with me since the day I was born.
There was a necklace shaped into the letter 'V' with small diamonds studded on it along with a hospital tag they use on newborns with my name on it in shaky handwriting. Apparently, I was found on the doorstep of this Orphanage when I was just a few weeks old. I was wrapped in a blue blanket, and these were my only possessions. I never found out what happened to my biological parents.
Why did you leave me, I thought sadly, did you not love me?
Sighing, I hid the locket, label and gun before slipping under the covers and falling into a restless sleep.
End of chapter 7.
Short but I hope you guys liked it! I will probably be updating tomorrow or on Monday.
