next day
i got up and went to take a shower. wednesday isnt really my day, im always more tired than usual. i grabbed my glasses and phone and Headed off to the shower. i Turn on some nice warm water And take my clothes off. then i connected my phone to the speaker and started shuffle on my playlist. jadens song 'so what' was the first to come on. i yelled the lyrics, probably woke up my neighbors that we didnt have.
i finished up un the shower and put my clothes on and walked out the bathroom. i went to the kitchen and was feeling dizzy. i thought it was because i was hungry so i grabbed an apple and start eating it. ethan walked in "hey eth-" then everything went black.
Ethans pov
"hey eth-" then jaylen fell over. "GRAYSON GET YOUR ASS IN HERE"i shouted. my heart was racing and i didnt know what to do but i went over and picked her up and carried her to the car. "what e" grayson said "she blacked out. get in we are going to the hospital." i said. i ciuld see the shock in his eyes. both of dont know ehat we are doing. i checked to make sure she had her phone so she wouldnt be bored when she woke up. it was in her back pocket so i started the car and drove to the hospital.
time skip
Jaylen was in a room now and me and grayson were waiting on someone to tell us what was going on. i knew nobody in kentucky knew what was happening so i called griffin being the only one that had number.
after a few rings he picked up. "hey ethan whats up?" he said "jaylen p-passed out. we are at t-the hospital"i stuttered. "thats why she isn't answering me. im booking the soonest flight. how long have you guys been there?" he asked. "a little over and hour and 30 minutes"i said. "bring jaden too"i added. "ok ill see you soon"he said. and the call ended.
i sat back in my seat and waited for a doctor to come. which after about 20 minutes one did. "jaylen roberts?" he called. "yeah that's us" grayson said. "ok so jaylen has this condition where she passes out but it hasnt been put in effect until now. she will be able to feel when she is gonna pass out and the time varys on when she wakes up."the doctor said. "will it go away?" i asked. "no she will be stuck with it forever but it will wear off as she gets older"he said. "so is she awake yet?" grayson asked. "no but we still have a few tests to run so it might be 2-3 days before she can leave"he said.
we went back to our seats and i sighed. "im gonna go get some food ill be back"grayson said. i just nodded. this upset me alot. i know shes with jaden but i have a feeling thing for her and i hate seeing her hurt.
time skip (jadens pov)
we just landed in la. i was still shaken bc griffin just woke me up out the blue and said "your girl passed out come on we're going to la" and that where were at so. we were moving into a house over here anyways so jaylen might be able to come stay with us.
me and griffin hopped into and uber and set off for the hospital. when we got there i saw ethan in the waiting room. "hey ethan"i said. "okay finally youre here" said in relief. he explained everything that was going on and i could feel my throat catch on fire from holding back my tears. i have to stay strong. "so do you know when she might wake up" i asked. "no but her room is 1121 if you wanna go see her"he said. i practically sprinted there. i walked up to the door and asked a doctor to make sure i could go in. he said yes so i opened the door. there she was. newly black dyed hair. pale faced. i went over and pulled a chair up and held her hand. "be strong baby. wake up." and then the water works started to flow. "jaden?" i heard.
jaylens pov
i flustered my eyes open and say a crying black haired boy next to me. "jaden?" i said. his head shot up and he grabbed my face and examined me. "YOURE AWAKE! i havr to go get a nurse" he said and ran out of the room. i sat back and waited for him. he came back in with a nurse. "hoe do you feel?" the nurse asked. "my head hurts but other than that i feel great." i said. she explained everything that was going on and i didnt know what to say. she eventually left and got in the bed jaden hugged me. "its gonna be okay."he said and stroked hus fingers through my hair. "it'll all be ok"
