JAYLENS POV
after jaden had left griffin came in my room. he sat on the bed and started saying something but i was really paying attention. i was stuck in my thoughts. until i felt a sting on the side of my cheek. Griffin had slapped me. "what is wrong with you" i said. "you werent paying attention and you looked like you needed snapped out of it"he remarked. "well you didnt have to slap me."i said and then we heard a knock on the door.
"ill go get it" griffin said. i just nodded. i heard the door open and then someone yell my name. i got up and and went to the living room where i saw jaden, throwing food and fairy lights?
"this, this is what i had set up for YOU! i wanted you back and YOU had to go be stubborn about it. when will you get it through your head that I FUCKING LOVE YOU! i NEVER wanted to hurt you and now it seems like you're the one hurting yourself because thats what you think is supposed to happen"he screamed and shouted.
"jaden calm down"griffin said. all jaden did was stand there. breathing heavy and throwing darts into my body with his eyes. i went over to him, slowly, and grabbed his hand. i was afraid. afraid of what he'd do next. he must've saw the fear in my eyes because he engulfed me into a hug. "im sorry. dont hate me. i just tend to go mad"he whispered in my ear. i just nodded,let out of the hug and went to get my car keys.
i left the house. not another word. intoxicated,broken, and scared.
GRIFFINS POV
"well you made her leave"i said. "not funny"jaden said. we went over to the couch and sat down. "i dont what what im gonna do. i love her so damn much and i cannot forgive myself for anything ive done to her"he said. i flipped on the tv and starting browsing through the channels. "well some day she'll come back"i said. i stopped on the news channel.
"Breaking news, a head on collision has just happened on the 193 highway. a black camaro and a white van. The driver of the camaro seemed to be intoxicated and drove into the van, a family of 3. all are injured and one identified as a female who was intoxicated has suffered a more severe injury than the other-" and the tv cut off. "what was that for"i asked. "are you dumb? thats jaylens car"he said, tears on the brim of his eyes. i jumped up and grabbed my jacket. me and jaden got in the car and headed to the hospital.
