y/n pov.

snap

snappp

the twigs under my foot snapped as i stepped onto them, how awful it must be for them to deal with my weight. welp

a little house came into view, red and white tinted the whole scene. It looked warm and welcoming, bright lights within the home pulling you closer to the den. My breath quickened, for, this was the worst part of my day. The worse part of any place in time, going back home. Home was where many people described as safe, comforting, all the words that make the fire inside of you burn and conduct the warmth into you. The little spark of light, ignite.

Was this the case? Absolutely not.

All the torment, screams, horrors all happened right at this spot. The place i promised to never turn me heels and arrive to. Home.

I cherished my last moments as i finally raised my head, starting blankly at the front door. hesitantly, my hand lifted and landed in contact with the door with a hard knock.

knock . . .

no one responded

Patiently, i waited for someone to open the door, scared beyond my wits but i had to keep it within me.

y/n's dad pov.

i was in between a conversation with my precious wife when i was rudely interrupted with a knock on my door.

"uhh, darling, can you check who is at the door?" she nodded, got up, and peeked through the eye-hole in the door.

"it's that brat outside, UGH" she complained, throwing her head back in frustration. Taking advantage of the situation, i pulled open my laptop to check her grades. Now this was going to be a great day. My eyes scanned the whole screen

i cursed as i read all the A+'s. As my eyes ran down the page a certain letter caught my eye.

'F'

I shut my eyes in pleasure, i smiled and clenched my fists.

"dear wifey, today it will be fun, today we will make y/n regret everything" I whispered, excitement flowing through my veins.

she smiled a wicked smile as she glanced at me over her shoulder. I narrowed my eyes and smirked as i lifted myself to my chair, easing myself to the door.

y/n pov.

why the fwak is it taking so long for them to come? are they. . .  you know. . . . . . . . . . . . . that  thing alone. I have bumped into some instances when they were, trust me. The sight was HORRIBLE UGH. No matter how many times i tried to erase the scene, i couldnt. I ran my fingers through my hair, getting impatient.

so this is what they wanna play huh?

'leave y/n outside to see if she will die'

huh, so pathetic

Rolling my eyes as i fidgeted with my fingers, until someone finally decided to let me in.

he stood there, hands clenched and eyebrows that looked like angry bird's. His hair was all messed up, sticking out all over the place.

we stood there is silence, i stared right into my 'so called dad ''s eyes. I raised an eyebrow, challenging his status in the house hold.
