*Stephanie's P.O.V.*

It's been a week since Peter kissed me. It was only seven days, but it felt like a century. Nothing exciting had really happened. My wrist wounds have been healing real nicely and now there's barely a trace of them, does that count? Yet, there's been complete silence between me and Peter. The boys won't let me near him, so there goes my plan of talking it out. I've been pretty bummed out and I didn't want to be here any longer.

I needed to get out of here. I thought Neverland was supposed to be a place of never ending fun. I guess I was wrong though, it was never ending depression. I planned on leaving as soon as possible, but how would I get back? The way I got here was through Killian's ship, but there was no way I could set foot there after what had happened. The only other way was through flying myself, but where would I get the pixie dust? What if I flew into a building? What if I just randomly started falling? No, it was all too risky. I couldn't fly alone.

I needed someone to accompany me on my flight home, but who? Felix didn't seem like the flying type, Devin always got nauseous when he flew, and the rest of the boys were all just fucking pussies. I needed Peter, he was my only way out. Though, I couldn't just go up to him and say, "Yo Pete, take meh home!" I was going to have to sneak around the boys and state my scheme to Peter. Now I know what you're thinking, "Steph, talking to Peter will just cause more trouble and the author of this fanfic will have to write even more chapters!" Wait, you weren't thinking that? Wait, you were trying to figure out what you had for breakfast yesterday? You absent minded ragamuffin! Just kiddin', you perf! (A/N: BUT THAT FOURTH-WALL BREAKAGE THO!)

Anyway, I was still going to talk to Peter. Springboro, Ohio was calling me and I needed to respond as soon as possible.

.........................

It was an eerie afternoon, and Peter had just came back from...who knows what he was doing? The boys weren't in the hideout, they were too busy hunting dinner, possibly slaughtering each other, just boyish things. So, it was just Peter and I, fun. "Lucy, I'm home!" Peter said in a manly manner as he barged into the living room. He had a smile on his face, it's been a while since I've seen him smile. I took a few steps towards him and his smile lessened. "Hello...Stephanie. Where are the boys?" Peter asked as he began to look around.

The tension made it hard to breathe and I almost puked. The awkwardness was suffocating me, but then I asked myself, when have I not been awkward? "They uh, went off into the woods to do uh...stuff," I shakingly claimed. GENIUS KARNOSH STRIKES AGAIN! Peter nodded and and started walking towards the hideout exit, but I stopped him before he left. "W-Where are you going?" I eagerly asked. Peter paused and turned around, "I'm gonna join the boys, is there something wrong?"

I nodded and looked down. Then, Peter grabbed a chair and sat down with his chest to the back of the chair. "Uh okay, tell me, what's been on your mind?" Peter questioned as I started to pace back and forth. I sweated like crazy as I tried to find the right words to say. What if I stumbled my words? What if he sees me sweating? That would be really embarrassing... C'mon Stephanie, you can do it. Just spit it out, hopefully he understands.

"Peter, I've had a great time here in Neverland," I lied. "However, I want to go back home." As I said that last sentence, Peter's eyes began to widen. He looked down and he closed his eyes, as if he was about to cry. Before he could, I grabbed his hand and held it tightly. He opened his eyes and looked back up at me. I looked back at him and started to rub his hand between my thumb and index finger. "You and the boys are great, but I gotta go back.

I bit my lip and closed my eyes, "I have a family, friends, and other people who must be worrying about me. I hope you understand. I can't..." Just then, Peter sprung up and angrily interrupted me before I could finish. "Please Stephanie, don't go!" he pleaded. "I couldn't live without you! Please Stephanie, r-run away with me. It'll be just you and me, we'll be together forever and you would never have to grow up!" After that outburst, my eyes and mouth became large circles. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This was all happening so fast. Run away? Eternal youth? Forever with Peter? It was all too good to be true! Though, I had this feeling deep inside of me that wanted to go home. I didn't know what this feeling was, but I had to listen to it.

"Peter, I need to go back. I have a life back there, I can't just abandon it!" I assured, yet he didn't listen. "Steph, please don't go. Please stay, please stay, please stay." Peter shook frantically with every word that came out of his mouth. I was about to give him a hug when all of a sudden, Peter tightened his grip on my hand, almost suffocating it. "I-I love you! S-So much..." Peter almost whispered as his eyes started to water. At that moment, my heart had shattered into millions of pieces. I couldn't help but start to cry. Tear after tear came pouring out of my eyes like rain. However, as I wiped my tear ducts, I looked up to see Peter crying. This made me cry even more.

Why did this always happen? I just wanted have a casual conversation with Peter, but almost every conversation I've had with him has ended up with me being sad or in tears. I really needed to work on my social skills. I couldn't take this, I had to get out of there. One more second in there, and I would kill myself. So, I threw Peter's hand away and ran out of the hideout, leaving a trail of broken pieces that used to be my heart.

.........................

After running for a while, I sat down and rested upon a mahogany tree. After catching up to my breath, I placed my face in both of my hands and curled up into a ball like a roly poly. "How am I ever going to get home?" I thought out loud. Suddenly, a few men jumped out of no where and grabbed me by my arms. They bounded my arms and legs and placed a dirty rag over my mouth. I tried to shriek in fear, but was abruptly knocked out from what felt like an elbow. Darkness started to pour into my sight until all I could do was hear.

"Don't worry Stephanie, we'll take you home," said a familiar voice. Was it...Killian?
