On planet Earth . For several days , a strong wind had been blowing on Whale Island , coming from who knows where . It had taken all the clouds , and in the clear blue sky shone the sun . On board the first airboat of the morning , the person had broad shoulders , a muscular torso , a tattooed cobra on the right arm and a dragon on the left , all topped with a rebellious fuse . And is named after ... Bruce Hyena ! As soon as he got off the hydrofoil , Bruce took a deep breath of fresh air and strode towards the academy . In the blink of an eye he was in Mouseford Garden . Class hadn't started and more athletic students like Nicky and Craig were getting some exercise before going to class .

Bruce : Good for you , young people ! First train your frame , then train your brain !

Octavius : Welcome to Mouseford Academy , Mr. Hyena !
