{Silverpaw's pov}
Silverpaw woke up leaning on Duskpaw, quickly getting up he woke up too. She looked up to see Leafpelt's body being taken by some warriors and one elder. Duskpaw looked at her "We can train today if you want, Shadowfang can be a little mean, your his first apprentice too" He said and Silverpaw nodded. She followed him to the lake "It'll be leafbare soon so you need to know how to hunt land prey" Duskpaw showed her the hunters crouch and Silverpaw copied him easily. "You learn fast" He said and showed her a mouse hunting under a tree "Watch out for sticks, and make sure to keep low" Duskpaw whispered and Silverpaw stalked toward it, jumping when she was close enough. She landed on it and bit its neck "This is easy!" She said and looked up at a bird. It flew to the ground and started eating berry's, Silverpaw stalked toward it and jumped at it, it flew away but she jumped at it again and ripped its wing. When it fell on the ground she snapped its neck "Can you teach me to swim?" Silverpaw asked and Duskpaw nodded. They went to the edge of the lake but before Silverpaw bury'd the bird and mouse. Duskpaw waded in the water and Silverpaw followed, he started swimming and showed her how to move in the water. Soon Silverpaw could swim and followed him to the middle, She dived into the water and Duskpaw watched her. Silverpaw reached some fish and bit ones neck, bringing it back to the surface "This is easy!" She said through a mouth full of fish and swam to the shore to put it down. Silverpaw swam back to Duskpaw "Its getting cold out, we should go back to camp" he said and Silverpaw nodded, swimming out of the water and following him to the camp before it got dark. Silverpaw went to her nest and Duskpaw went to the nest next to her and they both fell asleep.
