*preciously*
"Sister, do you really think I'm going to take you in?" He spoke, which made me smile as Jason cheered out beside me,
"We're going to go find Grandfather...,"
"And give him a vibe check-"
"Damian no." I groaned out at him, rolling my eyes.
__1st Person POV___
"You really need to work on your slang..." I groaned out as we hopped rooftop to rooftop,
"And you need to work on sneaking out," he argued, which caused me to roll my eyes once more, jumping across a gap between the buildings. Landing, I turned my glance towards Damian as he gave me a smirk, "Todd forgot that father put a tracker on his helmet,"
"He did what!?" Jason yelled out, causing me to giggle a bit as we began to run again, Jason removing his helmet and examining it for something, but not seeing anything,
"On the inside, near the left earpiece, towards the front," Damian confirmed and sure enough I heard a little cheer from Jason as he successfully removed the piece of tech, crushing it in his hand before tossing it down.
Slipping his helmet back on, we came to a stop, our eyes pinned in front of us, seeing dark figure standing before us,
"Oh come on!" Jason grumbled out, throwing his hands up in the air as he walked away, doing a full 360° back.
Damian and I stood there as we examined the people in front of us, mimicking the ninja-people I've seen before. Their dark outfits almost blending in with the night, but the shine of their swords gave away their position as the metal reflecting the moonlight off its surface. It shined quite bright as they wield them out, their blades pointed up towards the sky. They were all 6, in a defensive position, ready to fight as we just stood there before them,
"Is this what family reunions will look that? Cause I will not remember who is who," I joked, seeing Damian stiffen a smile out from my joke.
He readied his staff as Jason grabbed his guns out, preparing them for battle. I looked out towards the ninja crowd, my fist raising up in front of me, the energy surging around them as it grew brighter by the second. Just as we were ready to attack, the six shadow members put their swords down and stepped to the sides, a new one randomly emerging from the back,
"I assume Grandfather sent you," Damian stated in a sassy tone, causing to raise my eyebrows in a little surprise at his voice. I smiled a little. My eyes drifted to the front member, watching as they walked forward towards me. We all watched in silence as they held out an envelope titled 'Batman'. Snatching the envelope from their hand, I looked at its plainness, curiousity striking me as I wanted to open it, but a hoarse voice from in front of me spoke before I could do so,
"It is for him," they said, their voice almost a whisper but still audible. I rolled my eyes and brought the envelope closer to me, the member walking back towards the others,
"Of course it is..." Jason said, almost reading my mind, which made me smirk a bit. I looked at the (now) seven ninja members in front of us, watching as a few of them took off, beginning to jump from building to building, leaving the one who gave the envelope behind.
They turned to look at me, their eyes almost scanning me, which made me frown at them, a growl leaving my lips, "Tell your big boss man that his granddaughter is waiting!" I shouted out.
