I kept on repeating this towards him, seeing him almost coward away in pain of my cries, but I continued. I knew it was painful for him to listen to, but I didn't care. I went off. I doubted him. But he was right. I don't have this under control, and I can't do this. He was right and I argued with him, and for that, this is what I get; pain... from a clown.
A clown, that is a wanted criminal man, who managed to somehow get ahold of me and my life.
__1st Person POV____
My eyes snapped open as my body pushed itself up, pain instantly shooting through it. I let out a groan, my hand reaching up to meet my head, holding it in pain. I squinted my eyes, my body weak and overwhelmed with feeling, my free hand holding me up from the bed.
Glancing down I found I was on my bed, my uniform off of me and instead my clothes I had on underneath. A relief feeling came over me as I realized someone took off my uniform, but didn't touch my clothes underneath. It was a weird relief, but a relief as I felt a little better. Pain wise, my body felt like someone just hit me with a truck.
My eyes made their way over towards the see-through wall, seeing that nobody was sitting in the seat placed in front. Instead of someone being in sight, there was a note sitting at the little opening of the cage. Swinging my legs over the bed at a slow pace, I stood up, my bare feet hitting the cold ground, sending a shiver up my spine. Walking over to the note, I bent over, grabbing the small piece of paper, my eyes gazing over it's contents,
'Father has a meeting today, Grayson and I have to meet with the Titans, Drake has to meet with his League members, and Todd left this morning. If you need anything, yell for Pennyworth
-Damian'
Giving a small frown at the note I walked back over to the bed, collapsing onto it. A spurge of pain shot through my body, which made me groan out of pain,
"That wasn't a good idea..."
___Time Skip to nap time because lonely is not fun___
My eyes snapped open at the sound of yells and smashes, and suddenly I was met with people on a rooftop. Looking around me I realized I was on the edge of the building, my body facing a crowd of people in the middle of the rooftop. My eyes trailed to the crowd as I spotted a few familiar faces being held by others in front.
My eyes widened in fear as I soon understood that it was my brothers standing there, being held captive by darkened figures. I couldn't make out who the figures were, but I could hear a muffled sounding voice calling out to me,
"Give in (Y/N), it's what you were meant to do!" Their voice sounded familiar, but I couldn't pin it to a body as I listened to it. My being began to shake in fear and indecisiveness as I felt a tug between both sides.
Even though I knew what I wanted to say or do, I couldn't bring myself to do it and instead felt a pang of confusion. I didn't know what to do as I stood there, my eyes tracing their outline, voices running through my head, screaming at me on both sides. A splitting headache seemed to form as I was left confused and conflicted on what to do. My body felt overheated almost as I just stood there in place, frozen out of focus, my mind spinning like carousel,
