"Louis, have you heard from Harry today?" Liam asked, taking a sip of his drink. We were currently sat in a bar, me, Liam, Niall and Zayn. It was my idea to keep my mind off Harry and to help cheer up Niall. He had finally found a flat he could afford and was nervous about it, so I decided to get us all together to help him relax.

"No, not for a few days, actually. Why?"

"I talked to him yesterday and he sounded different. Maybe I was just overthinking it, but he refused to let me video call him and his voice was much quieter. I could hear some guy shouting in the background and Harry hung up quickly after that. Is he okay?" Liam was right. Harry had been acting differently ever since he left the hotel room that night three weeks ago. He always refused to video call me and our conversations were always short. Ryan always seemed to be around too, and I could tell Harry was worried to say anything around him.

"I don't know, maybe he's tired. He's the same with me." Liam nodded, turning his attention back to the other boys who were talking about Niall's flat.

"Do you need a hand moving in?" Zayn asked, and Niall nodded.

"Yeah, if you wouldn't mind." Their conversation continued, and I found myself staring into my half empty glass.

"Louis? Are you alright, mate?" Zayn said, snapping me back to reality.

"Yeah, why?"

"You've been zoned out for a good ten minutes, what are you thinking about?"

"Do you think Harry's cheating on me?" I asked, looking down at the table to avoid their faces.

"Absolutely not!" Niall exclaimed, his Irish voice sounding so confident.

"He wouldn't do that, Louis," Zayn said, putting his hand on my shoulder and giving it a squeeze.

"It would explain why he's being so off though. Maybe he's hooking up with Ryan and that's why he's always around when he calls. Maybe he's trying to hide it and that's why he's so different with us. Maybe he's planning to break up with me." I closed my eyes, hoping that the tears wouldn't escape.

"Honestly, that thought did cross my mind," Liam admitted, and Zayn shot him a glare. "But I don't think Harry would do that, he's not that type of person. He loves you too much to hurt you like that." I nodded, but I wasn't convinced.

A week later and I was becoming more and more worried about Harry. He was hardly picking up my calls and when he did, he was so quiet. He wasn't the Harry I fell in love with and I didn't know what to do. The boys were worried about him too, so I decided to go to Anne's to see if she knew anything. As I arrived at her house, I saw her looking out of her window, waving at me. "Louis! It's so great to see you, what do I owe this pleasure?" she asked, hugging me the moment I stepped through the door.

"It's good to see you too, Anne. Sorry I didn't phone to let you know I was coming. Do you have a minute?" She said she did, so we sat on the sofa in the living room. I explained about Harry's behaviour and my worries about him seeing someone else. I told her that the boys were concerned too, and we weren't sure what we should do.

"I haven't talked to him in a few weeks, actually. Last time I did, he told me that you visited him, and it ended badly, but he wouldn't tell me why. I'm sure he's not seeing anyone else, that doesn't sound like my Harry at all. Let me try calling him now," she said, picking up her phone and pressing on Harry's number. He didn't answer. "I'll try again." This time, he accepted the call.

"What?" he snapped, his voice sounding cold and mean.

"Don't speak to your mother like that. I was just calling to check you were alright." She looked at me, and I couldn't believe Harry was acting like this.

"I'm fine," he mumbled, but I really didn't believe him.

"Talk to me, love. Maybe I can help?"

"I said I'm fine. Just leave me alone!" he shouted. Anne was taken aback, so I took the phone from her and held it to my ear.

"Haz? It's Lou. Come on, darlin', why are you being like this?"

"Please, Louis, just leave me alone. I can't talk to any of you so stop calling."

"Are you cheating on me?" I blurted out, and I heard Harry gasp slightly. There was a moment of silence before he finally answered.

"Yes."

Poor Louis! :(
