"Come on, Harry, we need to pick a date!" I whined, flicking through our diaries.

"We could have a summer wedding?" he suggested.

"Yeah, maybe," I shrugged.

"I have a great idea!" he shouted, running upstairs.

"Where are you going?" I called after him. A minute later and he came bounding down the stairs, a tiny piece of paper in his hand.

"Do you remember the first day I met you?" he asked, holding the paper out for me to take. I nodded, turning it over and reading what was on the front. Manchester Ice Skating Rink, One Adult, 23rd January. "How would you feel about getting married on the anniversary of the day we met?"

"That would be magical!" I exclaimed, jumping into his arms as he spun me around. "You're so romantic," I laughed, kissing the tip of his nose.

"Only for you," he laughed, putting me down so we could continue planning. Within hours, we had successfully hired a wedding planner and had reserved a venue for our special day. It was now October half term, so we didn't have long to plan this wedding, meaning we had to work quickly. We spent the whole week trying different cake samples, picking out flowers and deciding on a colour theme. Harry was adamant that we should choose an ocean blue, saying that the thing he fell in love with first was my eyes, and he wanted that colour to be at the forefront of our wedding.

"Who's going to be your best man?" I asked him as we sat watching TV.

"I don't know, I don't want to upset anyone. What about you?"

"I'm going to ask Zayn; he's my best mate and I can't imagine having anyone else." He nodded, turning his attention back to the TV. "How should we ask them?"

"We could take them out for dinner and do it then?" he suggested, and I nodded, agreeing with his idea.

A few days later, and we were all sat around a table, laughing and drinking. Harry and I had decided who we were going to ask to do what, and I was excited to see their reactions. As the night went on, Harry brought up the subject of our wedding, letting them know that we had booked the date and the venue. "So, before we all get too drunk, Harry and I would like to ask you guys something," I said, waiting for them to stop talking. "Are you going first, or am I?" I asked Harry. He pointed at me, so I turned my attention directly to Zayn. "Zayn, you have been my best friend for so many years and you're like a brother to me. For that reason, I was wondering if you'd be my best man?" A huge smile spread across his face as he nodded enthusiastically, telling me that he would be honoured and pulling me in for hug.

"Myturn then," Harry said, looking at Niall and Liam. "Obviously, this has been alittle harder for me because I love you both and I didn't want to upset eitherof you, but I have decided that the person I would like to be my best man isLiam, if you'd be willing to?" Liam smiled too, agreeing to Harry's questionand hugging us both. Niall sat there; a weak smile etched onto his face. "Nowthat bit is done with, we have a question for you, Niall. How would you feelabout being a groomsman and ring bearer?" A second later, and his proper smilewas back. Harry and I looked at each other before looking around the table atthe people who would be sharing our special day with us.
