The day's worth of classes finally drew a close at 2pm that day, which was slightly earlier than normal due to a professor's sickness, and Yingyue couldn't have been more happy. She was knackered and had struggled to stay awake in all of her classes throughout the day especially her languages where she could barely take in what the lecturer was attempting to teach, deciding she would just be best to attempt to reteach herself the information another day after she had gotten a proper night of sleep. She slugged her way to her locker attempting to keep up appearances as much as possible but knowing this was highly unlikely.
Yingyue's expectations of the end of her school day were that she would get to her locker and collect her items before having to head towards the bridge room where her husband was so they could leave together. After all, he had reminded her about 100 times, that they had a hospital appointment that afternoon. He seemed much more nervous about this appointment than she was. However, getting to her locker was much harder than normal, there was a very large crowd gathered. Especially of young girls and Yingyue let out a sigh knowing exactly why.
Why did her friends have to be the ever popular F4, why couldn't they just stay the dorky rich kids they had been as young teenagers? Did they always have to draw a crowd when in the middle of the school. And what was there to look at?
Pushing her way through the crowd, Yingyue realised there was literally nothing for this crowd to be looking at. The group of four were just resting against the lockers talking amongst themselves and not paying attention to any of the crowd. There was no reason for these young woman to be blocking the entire corridor. Especially, considering 3 out of the 4 members were taken and then there was Lei. Nobody knew what was really going on in that boy's love life.
Rather she caught the eyes of, not whom she expected at first, Si who seemed to be bothered by said crowd and thankful that she had finally arrived. He pushed himself off the lockers and went to help clear a path for Yingyue considering some of the young women were quite hard to draw the attention of.
"Took you long enough." Si commented as he fell into step with Yingyue for the final few steps of her walk.
"Sorry your highness next time I'll teleport through the mob of young girls." Yingyue rolled her eyes as she spoke but her words held no real malice and neither did Si's the pair just enjoyed winding each other up.
She didn't even get the chance to open her own locker to put her heavy textbooks she no longer needed away, the locker was swung open and she had to wonder just why she even let the four idiots know her passcode. She essentially dropped the thick book into its slot in her locker and grabbed the bag she had brought with her this morning. The four boys continued their conversation as though she was not there whilst she did a quick check to ensure she didn't need anything else.
"Finished?" It took Yingyue a moment to notice that the question was directed towards her, considering the boys were still deep in their own conversations, she didn't realise until a hand was placed gently on her shoulder. Yingyue turned her head to look at the person who had initiated contact but due to her own slight obsession she could tell just by the almost featherlike touch and the smell of aftershave that it had been Ximen.
"Yeah I think I have everything." Her words were not filled with confidence but she didn't really have much of an opportunity to return her attention to her locker as her own hand was taken and she was lead off away from the crowd and outside the building. She supposed one of the other boys would shut her locker as she hadn't got the chance to, that or the mob which had gathered will just raid it instead.
The group of five seemed to have all finished classes at the same time today as they left the building together and headed towards the car park. The group gathered around Yingyue's car, as she was the one to drive in that morning.
