"R-really?" I asked.

"Yeah. Either to your alma mater or Nine Petal."

"Nine Petal?" I asked.

"Yeah. Wish to learn more about that side of the family. Who knows, maybe I can activate my fox form too like Zephy!"

"I rather you not."

Even seeing my nephews in fox form brought back painful memories. A fox had been the one who hurt Dan.

"Plus, who says that we can even use it. Zephy and his siblings can as their mom is one of them."

"Oh... right. But maybe I'll see Hide. He sometimes visits that place. But your alma mater would be great too. If you're staying there for awhile, maybe I can stay at your place."

"I don't have a place there."

"Still living in the dorms? Or are you jumping from place to place as you see the world?"

"I was doing the latter, but right now I'm in another planet."

"Really? So you're exploring the universe?"

"Sort of. Staying at the place of another friend."

"Didn't you say that you had one other than Elliot?"

I laughed. "I said 'at least'."

"Why at least? If they're your friends count them as such."

He had a point there, though I wasn't as close to Isabel nor the others as I was to Elliot and Olivia.
