Everything's Changed. (Akaashi X Reader)

The day was almost over now and you knew Bokuto would be coming over soon, since his classes were done an hour before Akaashi's.

Not to your surprise, there was a knock at the door.

"Hello Bo, how was classes?" You asked as you opened your door for him.

He looked frustrated.

He came in and plopped himself down, face first on your bed and let out a long sigh. And yes he was still wearing his backpack.

"Long day?" You smiled.

He nodded his head that was squished with your pillows.
"I got a test back today.."

You walked over and sat on the spare bed across from him.
"And?"

"I failed it.. Coach is gonna murder me."

"I'm sorry Bo, but it was just one test, I'm sure he can't be that mad."

Bokuto sat up and stared out the window.
"The thing is, is that I've already been close to failing that class..this just set it over the top.."

You nodded your head slowly.
"I'm sorry Bo.. What class?"

"Math..."

"Ah good ole math.. Well I'm free for the hour if you want some help? I was pretty good back in Highschool."

His face gleamed. "Really? That'd be really helpful actually!!" He smiled as he pulled his bag from his back.
He pulled out a textbook and his note book.
"I have a make up test next week.."

"Then I'll help you study for it okay." You smiled.

"Okay!" He smiled back.

And with that, you both got started.

Working threw his homework you could see that he was having a hard time and easily got frustrated.
But you took your time with explaining certain things and even wrote down some notes with the formulas simplified and easier for him to understand.
You were patient and he was thankful for that.

The hour flew by fast as another knock was heard at your door.

You got up from your seat with Bokuto and answered.

You smiled as you saw Akaashi.

"Hey."

"Hey." He smirked. He poked his head over your shoulder to see worksheets and textbooks sprawled out on your bed.
And his best friend holding his head in his hands.
"Math?"

"Math." You nodded.

"Oh Akaashi!" Bokuto smiled as he turned to look at the two of you.

"Um Bo? Is it okay if we take a break? Keiji and I are gonna go out for a bit."

Bokuto nodded. "Sure thing.. Thanks for helping me by the way.."

You smiled. "It's not a problem."

Bokuto was grabbing his things when Akaashi laced his hand into yours suddenly.
The gesture made you blush a bit.

Once Bokuto had left, you and Akaashi started towards the elevator.

"So? Where are we going?" You asked.

"Just a small place, it's not far from here, just past campus so you don't have to walk."

You nodded. "You don't have to go so easy on me.."

"I know, but I will. And besides, I like this place and I want to take you there."
