*Regina's POV*
"What do we do?" I said and looked at Emma. She was pacing in front of our bed. "I don't know." She said and began chewing on one of her fingernails. I was sitting on my side of the bed with my legs crossed. "Emma... We have to keep the kids safe." I said. "I know. I just, I don't know what we can do with them." Emma said. "We could send them over..." Emma said again. "No.. No." I said, not able to form a coherent sentence. "Gina, I don't want to either, but it'd keep them safe. She wouldn't be able to hurt them or take them if they were over the line." Emma said. "Em, no! That's not the option! I do not want to lose our children." I said, tears forming in my eyes. "I don't either, but if we aren't careful, we are going to lose them, even if they're here with us." Emma said. "Emma." I said. She looked at me and saw the fear and sadness in my eyes. She walked over and sat in front of me on the bed. She grabbed my hands in hers. "Regina, we have to. We don't have any other option." Emma said. I nodded and fell into her embrace, crying. "Shh." Emma said and wrapped her arms around me. "We have to make a plan." Emma said. I nodded. "Okay. So, my parents can take the kids and live in Kennebunk or somewhere for a while, until we figure out what Emily is planning. Then, they can come back when it's totally safe." Emma said. I nodded in agreement. Roland, Taylor, Henry, Snow, Charming, Emma and I were the only people who could cross the line and get back. "I'll call Snow and make plans. Then, they'll leave as soon as possible." Emma said. I frowned, but agreed. There wasn't anything I could do to stop this. It was the safest option. Emma left the room, to call her mother I assume. Then, the mirror flashed. "Hello precious." Emily's voice rang out. I accepted the connection. "What do you want." I spit. "Has Emma told you goodbye yet?" She said. "You can't kill us. You're no where near powerful enough." I said. "Oh, but I can still try. And try I will." The red head said through her British accent. I rolled my eyes. "Say goodbye Gina. If I can't have you, no one can." She spit and cut the connection. Emma came back in the room. "They have to get out of here. Soon." I said. Emma nodded. "They're leaving at 5." Emma said as tears rolled down her cheek. I stood up and walked over to her. We held each other, crying for almost an hour. "Emma, this isn't fair." I said. Emma nodded. "I know." She said. This indeed is not fair. At all. Normal parents get to spend their entire lives with their kids. Emma and I don't. We always get separated. It's not fair. But, that's part of being a family. Maybe we're just always supposed to be finding each other. "It's 1. The kids are in their rooms packing." Emma said. I nodded. "4 hours." I said. Emma nodded. "What if we never see them again?" I said. "We will." Emma said. I looked at her and smiled weakly. She smiled back. I'm afraid of how this will turn out. I'm scared one of us is going to get killed. I'm terrified. Emma is too, but she's better at hiding it than I am. "Emma, I love you." I said. She nodded. "I love you." She said and held me tight. "What time is it now?" I asked, not pulling away. "2:10." Emma said. I closed my eyes tightly. Wishing everyone would just disappear except for my family. I opened my eyes. Nothing was different. "2 hours. 50 minutes." I said. Emma nodded. "Okay. Let's check on the kids." Emma said. We walked to Roland's room. "Hey bud." Emma said. "Why do I have to leave." he said. Emma and I both frowned. "So you can be safe." I said, holding back tears. "Why can't you keep me safe." He said and looked at Emma, then at me. I couldn't hold back the tears any longer. They flowed freely down my cheeks and I turned around. "You almost ready to go?" Emma asked. "If I have to." He said. He's only 4. The town stopped aging again. So, he's been 4 for a while. "Mommy, how long am I gonna be gone?" He asked. "Not long baby." Emma said. I walked back in the room after composing myself. He hugged my legs. "Promise?" He asked. "We promise." I agreed. He sat on his bed for a little while. We had packed his stuff for him. We walked to Henry's room. "Hey kid." Emma said and looked at him. He smiled weakly. "Hey moms." He said and continued packing. "I don't want to leave." He said. "We don't want you to leave." I said. He nodded. "I know. It's to keep us safe." He said. "Yeah." Emma said. "You know, Emily doesn't even have a daughter. That's her little sister." Henry said. "Wait, what?" I said. He nodded. "She's been lying this whole time." He said. "We didn't know that." Emma said. "Yeah." I agreed. He kept packing and we walked out. We went to Taylor's room. "How you holding up?" Emma asked. "Fine." she said. She was packing her bags. Avoided all eye contact. "We're not doing this because we want to." I said. "I know." She said. "Taylor, we're here. You can talk to us." Emma said. "No. I can't. Because you're my moms and I'm being sent away from you again. Okay? Who knows if I'll ever see you again. This is just like the first 15 years of my life. Moving around. House to house. Never getting settled. Never being anywhere forever. And look, here I was, thinking that was over. But, where am I going now? Away." She yelled. "Taylor... I'm sorry." Emma said. "Yeah, so am I." Taylor spit. Emma turned around and ran out. "Taylor, we're just trying to keep you from getting killed. Okay?" I said and stomped out. I walked to my room and saw Emma staring out the window. "You okay?" I said as I walked over to her. "Yeah. I'm fine now." She said. I smiled I kissed her cheek, then wrapped my arms around her waist. She smiled. "Time check?" Emma said. "4:15." I said. "45 minutes." Emma said. I nodded. "Kids! Head to the car with your stuff. Time to go." Emma shouted. We heard their doors open and then heard them run down the stairs. We walked downstairs and to my car. They were already in. I drove to the town line. We got there at 4:50. Tears fell from my eyes as we all got out. The kids held their bags. Charming and Snow drove up in his truck. They put their stuff in, then turned to look at us. Taylor, Henry and Roland came and hugged us in a group hug. "Please hurry." Henry said. "Of course." I said. "You guys be good for the Charming's. Okay?" I said. They all nodded. "I love you all so much." I said and kissed each of them on the forehead. Emma kissed them and told them how much she loved them, then they got in the truck. Charming and Snow got out and hugged us. "We'll take good care of them." Charming said. We nodded and hugged them tightly. "We'll keep you updated." I said. They nodded. "We love you both. A lot." Charming said. We both smiled and they got in the truck. They began driving towards the town line.
*Taylor's POV*
All 3 of us turned around to watch Storybrooke get smaller. Mom and mom were holding each other. As soon as we were over the town line, moms got knocked down and a green cloud of smoke surrounded them. "Moms!" I screamed. "Shit. She's onto us." Charming said. "Step on it. She can't cross the line." Snow said. He got faster. The 3 of us turned back around. "We can't just leave moms back there! We have to go back!" I screamed. "No. We can't. She'll kill all of us. That's why we have to leave." Charming said and began slowing down. "Where are we going?" Henry asked. "Boston." Snow said.
*Regina's POV*
I woke up and looked around. I was on a metal table and there were things attached to my temples. Oh shit. It's another torture table. I looked around. I was chained to this table. No one was in here. I squinted. "Emma?" I whispered as I saw her figure. She was tied to a chair in the middle of the room. "Gina?" She whispered. "Are you okay?" I whispered back. "Yeah. Are you?" She said. "Yeah I'm fine." I whispered. "How do we get out?" Emma whispered. "I don't know." I admitted. Then we heard the door open. "Hello dears. Good to see you're both awake. It's only been 3 months. " Emily said and smirked. We just looked at her. "What? No one wants to talk to me?" She asked. "Not really." Emma spit. Emily hauled off and punched her. Right across the cheek. "Dammit." Emma hissed in pain. "Don't fucking talk unless I tell you to." She said and looked at Emma. "But you my dear. You can talk." Emily said and laid a hand on my thigh. "What do you want from me?" I whispered. "I want you..." She said and rubbed my leg. "To choose me." She said. I tensed up. "Not going to happen, sweety." Emma said, earning another punch. "Emma!" I shouted. "It's okay Gina. I'm fine." She said. I closed my eyes. "So, Gina. Ready to choose?" Emily said. "What are you going to do if I don't choose you? Kill me?" I said. "That's not fun enough dear. If you're not going to choose me, I want you to suffer." She said. I swallowed hard. "Not going to talk? Well, maybe this will help." She said and pulled a lever that sent electric shocks through my body. "Agh!" I screamed loudly. She pushed the lever back up and a tear fell from my eye. "Remember this?" She said. I nodded. It was the same machine Greg and Tamara used on me. I could hear Emma crying. She had to watch this. That's why she was facing me. "So, you ready to choose?" She asked. I closed my eyes. She turned a knob, making the machine go stronger. "Okay." She said and pulled the lever. "SHIT!" I screamed. "FUCK!" I screamed. It finally stopped. Tears poured down my cheeks. "I choose you." I said, giving up. "Easy enough, yes?" She said. I frowned. "I'll be back. Don't move dears." Emily said and cackled. She disappeared. "Regina." Emma said. "Em... My whole body hurts." I said. "I know. Baby, I'm so sorry." She said. Emma stood up and walked over to me. "How the hell?" I said. "My powers reacted after you were shocked. I was able to free myself." Emma said. I nodded. "I love you Emma." I said. She smiled. "I'm going to get you out of this." Emma said. I closed my eyes and nodded. She unlocked the chains and they fell to the floor. She carefully pulled the patches off of my temples. I slowly sat up. Emma quickly wrapped her arms around me and hugged me. I stood up and wobbled a little. "I haven't held you in 3 months. I've missed this so much." Emma said. I nodded. "I love you so much." I said. She nodded. "I love you." She said back. "If I die, I will always love you." I said. "You are not going to die." Emma said. I nodded. "But if I do." I said. Emma shook her head. "You won't." She said. "Okay, so when she comes back, I'm going to surprise her. You strong enough to rip out a heart?" Emma asked me. I nodded. "Be careful." I said and kissed her. She nodded. We hid until we heard the door open. "My pretties." Emily said. "Where the hell are-" she started but Emma jumped out and now had her arms around her neck. "Alright bitch. Get ready." Emma said. I couldn't move. My head was spinning. "Regina." Emma said. She was choking Emily. "Gina." She said again. I slowly stood up and made my way over to them. I plunged my hand deeply into Emily's chest. Emma dropped her and she fell to the floor. "Shit." Emily said and rubbed her head. "Emma. Here." I said. I handed the heart to Emma. "You okay?" She asked. I nodded and sat down. Emma crushed her heart and then walked over to me. She crouched in front of me. "Are you okay?" Emma asked again. I shook my head no. "I have an awful headache and everything's blurry and spinning." I said. Emma nodded and picked me up. "She's dead now." Emma said and kissed my head. I nodded. Emma walked us home. It didn't take long. It was midnight. It was pitch dark. When we got home, she laid me down in our bed. Then laid down beside me. I smiled weakly. We both fell asleep.
*2 hours later* I woke up screaming. My body was covered in sweat. I shot up. I was now sitting up. My heart was racing. Emma sat up and rubbed my back. "Shh baby. It was just a nightmare." Emma said and put her arm around me. I was breathing heavily. I nodded. "I'm gonna take a shower." I said. Emma nodded. "Wanna join me?" I said and looked at her. "Only if we can take a bubble bath instead." Emma said with a smirk. I nodded. We stripped of our clothes and walked to the bathroom. Emma smiled and I turned the water on. It was steaming. Emma poured the soap in and then climbed in when the tub was full. She smiled at me. I climbed in. Emma wrapped her arms around me and I let the water relax my body. "Damn this feels good." I said. Emma hummed in agreement. "I love you." I said and kissed Emma. She smiled. "I love you." she said back. "We can get the kids back tomorrow." Emma said. I nodded. "I can't believe we were out for 3 months." I said. Emma nodded. "Well, you were. I was in and out of consciousness the whole time. She would beat me and torture me. And I'd be out." Emma said. I looked at her. She had a big bruise on her cheek from where that bitch had hit her. "Emma, I'm so sorry." I said. She looked at me. "Baby, it is not your fault. It's okay." She said and kissed my forehead. We sat in the bubbly water until it was cold. We both stood up and Emma turned on the shower. We rinsed the soap bubbles off of us and got out. I drained the water and then grabbed 2 towels. We dried off, then Emma looked at me. We were both naked. Emma smiled. "You smiled like that the first time you saw me naked." I said and smiled at the floor. "Because I love you. And, no matter how many times I see your body, it will always get more beautiful." Emma said and smiled. I smiled back and we walked back to our room. We hopped in the bed and pulled the covers over us. Emma wrapped her arms around me and we tangled our legs together. "Hey, guess what." Emma said. "What?" I asked as i nuzzled into her neck. "I'm sleeping naked with the queen." Emma said. I chuckled. "Guess what." I said. "What?" Emma asked. "Me too." I said. Emma smiled. This time I slept peacefully. I woke up at 9 the next morning and I was cold, so I snuggled closer to Emma. We were still tangled together. She was so warm. "Morning sleepyhead." Emma said. I smiled. "Morning princess." I said. Causing Emma to smile. She flashed us into clothes and she searched around for her phone. She found it and called Snow. "Hey! You and the kids can come back now." She said. "Yeah, I know I didn't keep you updated. I'm sorry, but I was knocked out for 3 months." Emma said. I frowned. "Yeah. The bitch tortured Regina and I. But, then, I killed her." She said into the phone. "Yeah. We'll see you when you come home." she said. "Yeah mom. I love you too." Emma said. She smiled at me. They were home later that day. They got home around 6:15 pm. They drove up the driveway. "Moms!" Henry said and ran up to us. He hugged us, then ran inside. "I missed you." Roland said and hugged our legs. "We missed you too baby." I said. He ran inside then Taylor ran over to us. "Moms. I'm so glad we're back. I love you both so much. I'm sorry I was kind of a bitch before we left." She said. We shook our heads. "It's okay." Emma said. Taylor ran inside and they all began unpacking. "Mom. Dad." Emma said and hugged them. I looked away. "Regina." They said and hugged me. "I'm glad you guys are okay." Snow said and looked at us. We nodded. "Us too." Emma said. They left and Emma and I walked inside. Emma put her arm around me. "It's good to have them back." Emma said. I nodded. This is happiness and I fought like hell for it. No one is taking it from me.
