Kataang- You Are My Everything (Completed)

We are just "Friends"

Aang and Katara have been best friends since they were 5. They do everything together. The whole school knows Katara loves Aang and Aang loves Katara. They knows they share a special bond but they think that it is friendship.

Aang's POV

            I woke up due to my Alarm going wild. I am a morning person so I woke up easily and went to meditate and practice. It was about 5 am and my first day of 10 grade starts today. I'm not excited about school but am excited to meet Katara. We haven't met since 2 days and it is too much. We  face timed each other but it is not enough. I love Katara but I don't know if she loves me back.

          I am the avatar so I practiced all my elements and sub elements. I took a bath and got ready. I looked at the time and it was 7. I started playing on my phone. After playing for a while I looked at the time 7:30. Classes started at 8am. I chilled for about half an hour then took my car keys and left. School is about 10 minutes drive away. I reached school and had just gotten out of the car when someone tackled me into a hug. My back hit the car. I knew who it was so I happily hugged her back.

         "Good to see you. Katara" "Good to see you to Aang. I missed you." "Katara we met only 2 days ago." "Exactly 2 day, 48 hours without you are too much to handle." We both blushed and stared into each other's eyes still holding each other. "Okay love birds. That's enough for today." I heard Sokka say. I looked around and saw the Gaang. Me and Katara both said "We are not love birds." "Sure it is just a friendly hug right. Katara you don't even hug me like that even though I am your brother neither do you Aang." Sokka said smirking. Before I could say anything I heard Katara "Cuz Sokka you don't deserve it. You have Suki for that." "So you agree you and Aang are together like Sokka and Suki." Toph said. "N- NO." We both said at the same time. "Then why are you still holding each other." We suddenly jumped apart and were blushing.

            Before anyone could say anything the school bell went off. Katara held my hand and she dragged me in. When we entered she let go and we started walking. We were in the hall when Katara said "Aang you go to class I'll be there before class starts." I nodded and started walking to class. I reached my class and sat down it was our first say so I went to the last seat and sat down. I felt a tap on my shoulder I looked back and it was Koko. She has been trying on me for the last 5 years and I have turned her down every single time.

          "Hey Aang. Are you still single." "I know what you are gonna say Koko. Not interested." I replied and looked at the time only 2 mins were left for the class to start and Katara wasn't there. I had a feeling something was wrong. I touched the ground and started feeling where Katara is using a technique I learned about everything is connected. I saw Katara and she was pinned on the wall by Jet. I ran to where she was and saw Jet. She looked at me and smiled. Jet looked at me and said "I'll handle you later beautiful. First I will handle your boyfriend." He let her go and she fell to the ground.

           I was mad. Someone tried to hurt Katara. Last time a guy named Haru did this and now he is in the hospital for the last 3 years. He was diagnosed with permanent paralysis. Anyone hurts Katara I'll show him hell in the world. Jet started running towards me and pulled out his hook swords. I looked at him and dodged his blade with ease. He ran towards me again and I built a wall in front of him. He slammed in the wall and fell down.

           I looked at him and he stood up. "You will end up like Haru, Jet." I said this and looked at Katara. She looked at me and said "Get it over with Aang. I don't like to waste my time on Assholes like him." I chuckled and then looked at Jet with a murderous face. He rushed at me with his hook swords again. I metal bended his hook swords and tied him up with them. Toph taught me metal bending and now I'm just as good as her. I started to tighten the swords until u heard a few cracks from his waist. I knew it is impossible for him to stand now. His spine has been broken. I allowed him to scream and took Katara's hand. We walked to class and the teacher was already there. He allowed us to come in we did and sat on our seats together.

         I knew I wouldn't be punished cuz I was the avatar and Jet was a criminal. Jet was sent to prison for drugs once but came out and now he is going in again for trying to sexually abuse a girl. Me and Katara talked about what we did and everything. We were very close to each other. I have been looking for a chance to ask her out and maybe things will be different this year.

            The Gaang had a band and we were invited to play in a function. Katara and I are the singers, Zuko and Sokka are the guitarist, Toph Plays the drums and Suki played the piano. We were well known for our band as well. I was thinking that I will ask Katara out in this function on a solo song. But it was Katara's turn for a Solo. We talked for the rest of the day and everything went on smoothly. All the teachers allowed us to be free for our first day. Now it was time for Lunch. As always Katara and I walked together and sat next to each other. 

         The Gaang talked about everything they did and Katara talked about how Jet tried to hit on her and everything. We all laughed and everything was going great. The bell soon dismissed us all and we all left. Katara went to my house with me. I walked in to see the door was opened. It brought back a horrible memory. Last time our house door was opened I found my parents dead inside. They were killed. I hesitantly opened the door. Katara was beside me just like last time. I walked to the kitchen. "Gyatso. Gyatso where are you?" When I got no answer I was horrified. I walked to the kitchen and found Gyatso motionless on the ground. I looked at Katara and she told me "Gyatso is alive. His heart is pumping." I was relived a little.

             I took him and rushed to the hospital with Katara. We took him to emergency and the doctors immediately took him yo the ICU. They told me the chances of him surviving are very slim. Katara was there for me and had her arms around me in a comforting manner. She is always here for me. I smiled weakly and she smiled back. The doctors were taking care of him. I was tensed and Katara was comforting me soon the whole Gaang arrived with Azula, Ty Lee and Mai. They all started comforting me. And I am thankful to have friends like these.

So guys a new story and it will be mostly Kataang fluff and a little bit of Sukka and Maiko. I will upload the next chapter as soon as I can. Thank you for reading and Love you guys.❤❤✌✌
