🍋 LEMON'S POV🍋
-----•-----
"Ah, Rudy.." Pumpkin sighed. "Welcome to the Dead Kids Club". "You guys call it that?" Rudy asked us. "It's better than 'Ghost Club' or 'We're Dead ahhhhh'" Brooke said. We had gathered in the Cafeteria because Pumpkin wanted to tell us something important that involved us being dead or some sh*t

"I came up with the name!" Vincent told us. "He came up with the name" Brooke sighed. "So according to my research, the gods are using us for entertainment and stuff" Pumpkin said. "That's why they're censoring the messages, to keep the game spoiler-free".

Brooke stood silent. "Okay first of all, what the f*ck?". "To be honest, it's not the strangest thing to happen" I said. "We literally got attacked by aliens, and we're ghosts now". "Yeah.." Brooke sighed. "BUT GODS??? WHERE DID YOU GET THAT???". "Just some mythology and research" Pumpkin explained. "I don't know which God exactly, but I'll call them the Author for now".

"Why the Author?" Rudy asked. "Why not something cool?" Vincent asked. "Like the Mastermind or Overord or Sith or something?". "I feel like Author would suit them more" Pumpkin told us. "Yeah, like we're in some sort of book or something?" Rudy scoffed. "It'd be way more funnier if we were in a fanfic! Ha!". "Yeah, some of those happen to be real cringe.." Brooke chuckled.

"So anyways, I'll probably just be stalking [REDACTED] and [OOF]" Vincent told us and got up. "Yeah me too- Wait what??" Brook said. "Why did you say that?". "Like, [REDACTED]?" Vincent asked us. "See what I mean??" Pumpkin told us. "The Author is censoring the impostor's names to keep the game spoiler free!". I nodded. "Quite fascinating, let me try". I got up. "[OOF] is a big b*tch!" I shouted. The other four ghosts stared at me.

"Why did you say that about them??" Rudy asked me. "Like, rude much?". "Just wanted to confirm if Pumpkin's theory may be right.." I said. "Seems true so far.." "Anyways.." I said before I felt something phase through me. Or someone.. Daisy sat on the Cafeteria bench, right through me. She shuddered a bit and continued eating some cereal. Her hair was a big mess. All tangled up, no smoothness whatsoever. She had two hairbands tied around her wrist, like she was planning to fix up her hair soon. Her eyes looked tired like she had trouble sleeping, which she did. She was still wearing the hairclip. My hairclip.. "Man, she does not look okay.." Rudy sighed. "Daisy's hair is messier than my relationship with Maria..". "I usually fix up her hair.." I said. "But now I'm dead..".

Daisy suddenly teared up and started crying into her cereal. "Oh shi- shoot!" I yelled. "Ay Ayy Ayyyy Daisy!! Don't cry don't cry!". I hugged her. I'm not even sure that helped but she needed comfort, even if from a ghost. She wiped the tears out her eyes. "Stay strong.. Stay strong.." she mumbled to herself while eating her cereal.

"Daisy really should let out all her grief on something.." Brooke told us. "Maybe throw a book on the ground or scream into nothing or something to clear her mind at least". "Well, the last time one of us screamed into nothing, I died" Rudy mumbled.

"Oh yeah, sorry bro" Vincent said. Daisy suddenly fell down on the floor, her cereal spilling on her and looking confused at the ceiling. We all looked at her. Daisy looked tired. I touched her forehead. Well, not actually touched. Just tried to touch. "She looks stressed out" Brooke said. "She needs a good sleep..". Daisy crawled up back onto the cafeteria bench and stared down at her cereal bowl. She picked it up and walked out of the cafeteria.

"Well, that was weird..." Vincent said. "Maybe it's for the plot?" Pumpkin suggested. "Daisy somehow listening to our suggestions might be important to the plot!". "Screw that.." Rudy moaned. "I'm just tired of being a ghost and I'm not even dead for 24 hours yet!". I sighed. "I'll be doing my tasks" I told them. "I'll be.. wherever".

The time came for the other crewmates to wake up and do their tasks. Daisy had brushed her hair, but had let it free instead of in a ponytail or buns like usual. I stayed with Daisy while she wandered on the ship. I was originally going to do my tasks but Daisy had grabbed my tablet before I could. And I couldn't just grab it off her now.
