An alien pod lands near the home of a family of former Supers, Mr Incredible (Bob Parr) and Elastigirl (Helen Parr). They discovered that inside was a baby with a monkey tail. They decided to adopt the baby and named him Chris. What they don't know...
Bob and Chris had returned from their training session. Helen was happy to see that Chris had fun and seemed better than before. Bob tells Helen he's going a "Business Trip" and he'll be back in a few days. When he left, Chris told Helen about the training. She wasn't upset because she felt like it was their way to bond.
Days have passed and something seemed off. Helen finds Bob's old Super Suit with a stitch on it, recognizing that the only one who works on Super Suits was an old friend of theirs...Edna Mode. Helen and Chris go to Edna's home to get some answers. Chris only heard about Edna from his parents when they told him about their past as Supers. When they arrived, they met with her.
Edna: Hello, darling. It's good to see you again. Hm? I see that this is the boy Robert told so much about.
Helen: E, we're here because we want to know about Bob's suit. Why...
Edna interrupted before Helen could finish and she would show them the new Super Suits. The others were red, black, orange and yellow. But the one that was different was Chris's Super Suit. Due to Chris and Bob's training, he saw that Chris's fighting style was that like Martial Arts, he told Edna about it and this allowed her to make his Super Suit like that of a Gi.
Chris: Whoa... that's pretty cool..
Helen: Yeah, but it's still not right, Bob and I are retired, our family is underground! You helped Bob resume hero work behind my back?!
Edna: I thought you knew darling. Why would he keep secrets from you?
Helen: He wouldn't.. couldn't...d-didn't...
Bob had just escaped from not only an Omnidroid, but the evil mastermind of the island, Syndrome, who was once a boy named Buddy Pine, who he turned away from being his sidekick and now, he's tried to kill him. So Bob decided to sneak into the base. He makes it in and soon discovered a project called K.R.O.N.O.S and it involves killing past Supers with ever upgraded Omnidroids... and something including a group called...The Red Ribbon Army. Before he could find out anymore details, he's captured by Syndrome and locked up.
Edna was telling Helen and Chris that they shouldn't sit around and mope, she encouraged them to go and get Bob back. They decided to do so, with them bringing their Super Suits.
They get a plane from her old friend. Helen sets the plane on autopilot. She and Chris take turns in changing into their new Super Suits.

After Chris got out and into his suit, he suddenly felt like someone was in the plane with them. He goes to the other seats and finds Violet and Dash easily.
Chris: Vi?! Dash!? What are you doing here?!
Violet: How did you find us?! We stayed quiet and hidden.
Chris: It's... it's like I sensed your energy...
Dash: Whoa.
Violet and Dash tell Helen how they got their and how they have a girl named Kari watching Jack-Jack. That's when a warning alarm blares from the cockpit and it's a missile warning. Helen was trying to evade, but the missiles were getting closer, one of them actually hit, leaving a hole, but Violet was able to block it with a mini invisible force field. Chris then felt something in him...He goes up and looked at Violet.
Chris: Violet...let the force field down.
Violet: Huh!? Chris, are you crazy?!
Helen: Vi...I think he may be on to something...
Dash: If you say so...
Violet: Okay then...be careful.
She lets down the force field and soon...he floats up... and flies out to the missiles.
Dash: Huh!? He can fly!? That's so cool!
Violet: Whoa...
Helen: His power's so unreal...
Chris powers up to the form he used against Bob and then...he charges up two beams from his hands and then fires at the missiles, destroying them completely. This shocks everyone in the plane. Chris flies back in.
Dash: That was awesome!!! Those lasers are so cool!!!
Violet: Yeah. I've never seen anything like that before!
Helen: Yeah...Must have been all that training with your father. Now, we can find him... and figure out what's going on.
Helen, Chris, Violet and Dash soon arrived on the beach of Nomanisan Island. They hid the plane with palm tree leaves that Chris got and took shelter into a nearby cave. They go in and put a campfire. She tells the kids about having to use their superpowers to protect themselves. Helen puts her in charge of Dash as she and Chris go, to break into the base and find Bob.
The duo of Helen and Chris make it to a terminal that's leading into the secret base on the island. They hop behind a pod that's going in, something interesting they see is what looks like a rocket launch base.
After avoiding nearly getting hit by a pod, finding Bob's location, they entered a hallway and hid away, until two guards that were walking by to leave.
As soon as they've gone. Helen and Chris drop down. They walk around the hallway, they come across a mirror and noticed something, they see that they've got wide hips and big butts. Chris, as he's gotten older, had gotten a feminine figure, but never noticed until now. This makes Chris blush and puts his hands on his butt, while Helen puts her hand on her rear and sighs at this.

This soon stops as the sound of an opening door is heard and they hide from the guard. Helen tried reaching for the key card he has, but parts of her get stuck in doorways. Luckily, Chris is able to set her free after knocking out some guards and getting the key card. They go to find Bob, after putting the knocked out guards in a closet and after they shut the door by slamming it, they fall on their rears.
