RAIN SHOWERED THE ENTIRE LAND OF Miraculous. Everywhere someone strolled or jogged, they could always hear the splashing sound of their feet meeting the wet ground once again. This was the worst Miraculous Earth-Land had gotten this year. Smoke wavered over some buildings which had been on fire not too long ago but had been put out either due to the firefighters who'd arrived on time or the splattering rain itself.

Everywhere one looked, their eyes would always land on someone else rushing back home for safety, or other people trying to spot the fight between the greatest hero of all time, and the villain who'd caused this mess in the first place. It'd been severely hours now since the fight had been going on; people were getting terrified, while others tried to hold onto hope, no matter whether their hero was getting weakened by the villain he faced.

"Oh, look!"

Their eyes all adverted upwards, seeing multiple people dressed in different outfits according to what their animal form was. They were all heading towards the same place —where the main fight was taking place, between who was known as the strongest superhero of Miraculous, and what looked to be the strongest supervillain anyone had ever seen.

Even despite his weakened body, the hero pushed himself to charge after the villain again and again. But even after all he'd put his painful body through, it looked to be not enough. The villain had obviously done his research well enough, knowing the hero's strengths and weaknesses — all of them. Now, he was using his weaknesses against him. He knew how the hero had injured his waist from his last fight, so he continued to attack in the same spot over and over again, a satisfied smile spreading on his face whenever he heard that painful, piecing groan from the hero.

But when he'd looked up, his eyes had furrowed into a confused frown, watching as a girl —somewhat in her teenage years— rushed towards him, holding onto a half-cut pole which she'd probably picked up from the ground. Her blue with black highlighted hair stood straight from the windless air, her face formed into a firm and determined look while her mouth was wide opened, a loud, high-pitched scream escaping out of it. The villain was almost amused with the sight in front of him and he'd waited for her to reach close.

When she did, the girl did not hesitate to slam the pole against the male's strongly-built body. Due to him having been fighting with someone else for long, it actually pained him when the pole made physical contact with his body, and despite trying to keep his calm, his steps staggered and his body almost ended up on the ground.

"This is what you get!" Getting and grabbing the chance once again, the girl raised the pole, though it was quite heavy, and slammed it against the villain's back, the villain yelping out another painful scream. It didn't help that his back had been the main body part of his being attacked during the fight between him and the hero. "For trying to screw up my land!" One last hit against one of his weak legs got him falling down to his knees.

The job for the other heroes who had arrived was created easier by the brave girl who'd taken down the villain. Everywhere her pretty bluebell eyes looked, all she saw were people smiling, laughing, applauding her for her bravery. At first, it almost brought a smile to her face — but remembering her situation got her to step back in terror, in frustration.

They applauded her because of what she'd shown on the outside - but how were they all going to react when they found out what was really on the inside: nothing. Some of them were going to flip with the thought of another useless person in the land. Others were going to grin, with the thought of another powerless person they could attack. The land they all lived in was quite glamorous, yet the people themselves that lived in it were the opposite of glamorous.
