IT WAS THEN THAT MARINETTE realized something. If Eva played her cards right, she could actually win this.

Before the ice could even get close to Eva, the black-haired female had blasted her lasers back, the red, heated laser whacking against the ice and melting it. That got the audience wilding again. Still, Lena didn't stop there. Lena was more like the type to make first moves, while Eva did nothing but either dodged or blocked them off with her own abilities.

It came the time when Lena started building something out of ice. It was more like a shield, except incredibly large and wide, plus it was extremely thick. After she was done building, Lena had pushed it off towards Eva. The first thing Eva thought of doing was melting the ice, but that was going to take a while considering how huge the block of ice was now.

Lena had also slammed her palms against the floor, the marble floor switching to a floor made of ice. That took Eva off guard, getting the girl to slip and fall as she wasn't quite good at skating. This also gave the block of ice a chance to slam against Eva, throwing her back.

Eva's body landed on the floor after getting shoved. She struggled to get up, and was almost on her feet when all of a sudden, the huge block of ice was plummeting on top of her with Lena controlling it. Eva let out a sharp yelp of pain when the weight of the ice landed on her tiny, fragile body, feeling as if the bones inside of her body were slowly getting crushed one by one. Still, that didn't make Lena back off either, an even more adamant look on her face now.

Eva tried pushing the ice off first, but her eyes enlarged when she noticed another block coming towards her. Her head lifted up with her eyes shut and teeth gritting in pain when the second block landed on the first. And it continued like this, feeling her strength getting taken from her one by one.

Lena stopped after the fourth ice because she was slowly getting weaker with the more blocks she made. She waited, with hopeful eyes that this would be the end of the fight with her being the winner. Even the audience held their breath as they watched Eva lay there on the floor with the blocks on top of her.

The man got his whistle ready to blow, but before he did, one of the four blocks on top of Eva was being lifted off. They could all spot Eva's hand motions with her fingers going up and down as she lifted more ice blocks using her Telekinesis. This made Lena bite her lower lip in worry, though before she could even do anything, Eva had used her Telekinesis to push one of the ice directly towards her. It had come after her all too suddenly that before she could fully process what was happening, the ice block had already slammed against Lena's forehead, dragging her back.

Lena touched her forehead with the tip of her finger, muttering out a cuss when she saw the crimson red blood on her fingertips. She looked up to see Eva had managed to get all blocks off of her and was now struggling to get up due to the frozen icy floor.

For Lena, not just because of her Ice powers, but also due to the fact that she was an amazing skater, it wasn't so hard for her to get up. She could even walk or run on ice if she wanted to as well. Eva noticed this immediately, knowing there was no way she could fight while standing on ice.

So, she'd done the best thing she could've possibly done.

Instead of getting up to her feet, Eva fought while on her hands and knees. Using her hand gestures again, she'd flicked Lena off with the help of her Telekinesis. Lena's body landed on the floor harshly, and no matter how much she tried not to show it, the pain was written all over her face. She tried to get up, but Eva was already two steps ahead of her, using her Telekinesis again as she picked Lena up from the floor, before bringing her up, Lena's back slamming against the ceiling. She then let Lena tumble from the ceiling down to the floor, and this time, Lena didn't bother to hide the pain the attack had induced.
