The Dragon's Light

WEIRDO

"Ahhhh!!!" Lucy and Happy turned around to see a glaring Natsu and a kneeling man. His domineering killer aura, the man screaming in pain, she's gotta admit, Lucy got a little indifferent.

The man before her, Natsu Dragneel, was burning a man alive. "N-Natsu! Please stop!" she yelled, Happy on her arms.

Flames disappearing, the man flopped on the ground unconscious. "Come on, let's go give them to the client" Lucy says standing up.

"Thank you! Thank you!!" the client thanked, crying on his knees. "Sir, please rause your head. It's alright, you're welcome" Lucy smiled.

Finally receiving her first reward on her very first guild job, she pumped her fists in the air with great satisfaction.

"Happy let's go" Natsu says, Happy hesitating. "By the way, how did you guys know I was here?" she asks. Pointing on his nose, "Great sense of smell I guess" he answered.

Blinking, she ran after the two. "Hey wait u-". The duo turned around to see an unconscious Lucy on the ground.

"H-hey!"

"D-damn it..." Natsu cursed, Happy nibbling on his beloved fish. Busy having his rainbow therapy, Lucy was lying on the seat opposite theirs.

It has been an hour since their train trip. After she fell unconscious, Natsu picked her up bridal style, as he and Happy go to the nearest train station.

On their way to Magnolia, she hasn't woke up an inch, sleeping peacefully.

"Mrgnh...." she groaned. "Ah, Lucy-san!" Wendy cheered, helping her sit up the bed slowly. "Wen..dy??" Lucy asks looking right, and behind Wendy were Erza and Gray, together with Happy and Carla.

"Thank goodness... Natsu-san came here carrying you, it seems you over exhausted yourself from using magic nonstop" Wendy smiles. "I see... That weirdo carried me here?" she snickered, turning left to see a staring Natsu.

Almost wanting to stand up the bed and just ran away from embarassment, she tried to keep her cool. "N-natsu! Hey..." she nervously chuckled, looking away from great embarassment.

"She woke up, Happy let's go" Natsu says standing up. "Aye sir...." Happy exclaimed. "Thanks" Lucy thanked, Natsu nodding in response.

Reaching the door, Lucy opened her mouth. "Hey weirdo" she mouthed, Natsu turning around, glaring. "Thanks" she grinned, Natsu opening the door as he and his furry friend leaves the infirmary room.

"Have some more rest" Erza smiles. "No I'm all good, I'm going back home to unpack my things" she smiled, getting off bed.

"What?" Gray raises an eyebrow. "I was too excited I left my apartment early in the morning" she laughed.

"Well I gotta go, see ya later!!" she waved goodbye, leaving the room after Natsu and Happy. "Let's celebrate a friend's new apartment shall we?" Erza sneers.

"I gotchu" Gray winked, getting the idea. "Wendy, Carla, think of a plan to distract Lucy from going to her apartment for a while. Gray and I will do the preparing. Let's go!" she cheered, the trio saluting.

"Yes ma'am!!"
