THE START OF WAR

"Lisanna! Answer us if you hear us!!" Natsu shouts, looking left and right, front and back. "Hey firebreath, she isn't in that area either. Is she here?" Gray asks, arriving before the duo.

"She isn't" Happy answers. "Let's move on then" Gray states, the duo nodding as they head west.

"Lisanna!! Lisanna are you here??" Happy shouts, spreading his wings as he flies above. "Hey Lisanna!! Mirajane and Elfman are already getting worried!!" Gray shouts, but to avail, no answer was received. He sighs in frustration knowing there's no sign of her either.

"No signs there either" Happy says, landing on the ground, his wings disappearing in midair. "Where's Natsu?" Gray asks, Happy shrugging.

"Let's go over there then" Gray points out, Happy nodding as his wings appear once more. After a few turns and walks, the duo found Natsu standing on a narrow street.

"Firebreath! There you are" Gray sighs in relief, the duo going near him. "What's.. wrong?" he eyes went wide eyed. Shaking, he looked at Natsu, who's eyes were full of pure hatred and rage.

Trembling, he saw his clenched fists bleed. "Someone.. killed her..." Natsu muttered in his low voice. "Li... Lisanna.. Lisanna!!" Happy cried, going beside her dead body, as he hugs her.

"Which bastards... which of them..." Gray growled, glaring at the ground with pools of blood. "You showed up after all... salamander... and, who's this?" a man appeared behind them, smirking and laughing.

"Hey boss, it was a great idea wasn't it? Too bad that she... died..." one of his men said in his sarcastic tone. "Now now, men. We shouldn't let them more angry.. It's bad for their health..." their leader laughed, alongside with his crew.

"So... it was you bastards..." Natsu growled, turning around. His killer eyes glaring at them in pure rage and hatred. "Happy, inform master of what happened" Gray exclaims, Happy nodding as he immediately flies towards their guild.

"Calling for reinforcements? What a bunch of cowa-" before he could finish, he felt his whole body on the ground. "B-boss!!" his gang shout in sync. Natsu and Gray looked up, glaring at them.

"You bastards! How dare you hur- Ahh!! It burns!! Stop!!" he screamed, running here and there, hoping the fire will be put out on its own. "Going soft salamander? We can't let them die that easily" Gray says in his low, serious tone.

"Soft? I'm gonna let them know... what's worse than living and dying" Natsu growled, the duo dashing forward.

"Master!!" Happy shouts, busting inside Makarov's office. "Happy? What's wrong" Makarov asks, catching the falling Happy in his arms. "Follow me... quickly!!" Happy yelled, sobbing in his master's arms. "What happened?" Makarov stood up, going outside his office.

"Stay here and don't even think about stepping an inch outside the guild! Erza, follow me!!" Makarov demands, her standing up immediately as the trio leave the guild.

As he saw blood on Happy's paws, he already something major is going on. "Lead the way" he orders, Happy pointing out the directions.

Murmurs of people around them, they ignored it and went straight towards their destination.
