"I was watching you since that day, salamander" the man sneered. "Stop with your bullshit!" Natsu growled, his killer like eyes glaring at the man.
"Too bad the girl didn't survive right?" the man chuckled. Loosening his grip, Natsu was lost in question.
"What do you mean?" Natsu asks. "You wanna know how she died? Boy was she desperately screaming for help. I watched the show by the way, it was no fun" the man laughed.
"You were... watching?" Natsu asks. "Yes, mr. Salamander. Every thing, I watched it al-" choking, Natsu was panting as he tightened his grip on the man's neck.
"You watched... only... you didn't.... bother helping her?!" Natsu shouts. "Please... I don't even know her, why would I waste my strength and time on her?" the man laughed.
"Asshole!!" Natsu roared, flames on the man's neck. "I wish I could scream in pain but this is only my clone, too bad" the man smirked, disappearing before Natsu.
"Right I forgot. I was thinking of inviting you to my guild. Five days, I'll give you five days to think about it. Same place, same time. Now then mr. Salamander, I shall take my leave" after those words, the voice completely disappeared.
"Damn it...!!!!" Natsu fell on his knees, punching the ground over and over again in great rage and remorse.
----
"Found it!!" Lucy luaghed in excitement. "Finally" Gray sighs in satisfaction. After times of fighting off greedy people, traps, running and walking, they finally recieved their work's efforts.
Picking up the last fruit, Lucy happily put it in the bag. "Time to go back" Erza says, the team nodding. "It sure was a magnificent... tree?" Wendy blinked.
"What's wrong?" Gray asks, the gang turning around to be as surprised as Wendy. "The tree.. disappeared" Carla says in surpise.
"I guess it disappeared after knowing it doesn't have fruits anymore" Wendy says turning around.
"Maybe" Lucy exclaims, the team taking their leave to recieve their reward.
----
After hours and hours of walking, the team finally arrived at the clients house. "Finally... here..." Lucy fell on her knees, catching her breath.
"You'te arrived!" their client greets, walking towards the tired team. "Please, come inside" the man offfered.
-
"Thank you" Erza thanks, sipping on the served tea. On the kitchen, the man came back with five large bags. "What is it for?" Gray asks, the man receiving the bag with the five fruits.
"Mind holding it?" the man offers the large bag, Gray holding it firmly. Taking a fruit from tbe bag, he drops it on the large bag.
Before Gray knew it, he could feel something so heavy in his hands. "What the?" he looks down to see countless jewels. "It's... money" Gray's jaw dropped.
"Seriously??" the team surrounds, surprised and amazed at the real money before them. "How did you know about this??" Erza looks up, the man chuckling at the team acting like kids looking at their Christmas presents.
"I heard stories at the market" the man smiled. "Mind holding another?" the man offers, Erza nodding as she firmly holds the other large bag.
Another fruit thrown, Erza could feel something heavy in her possession. Looking down, she and the others saw countless jewels. "It's just.... amazing" Lucy says in amazement.
"It truly is" Wendy giggles. "2 million as stated. Your reward, thank you everyone" the man bowed down in great thanks.
"It's no problem sir, please raise your head"
