The Destiny's Bounty moves above Jamanakai Village slowly through the clouds. A bunch of kids were playing with a ball, laughing and cheering, all of them having fun.
Lloyd watched them with a sorrowful expression. Lacey was stood a few feet away, bored and out of her mind by listening to what the Ninja were saying.
"Lloyd? Lloyd! Concentrate!" Kai snapped at him but Lloyd just looked at him, bored and tired. His green were exhausted from all the training and lectures.
"Now that the Bounty is in our possession again, we can train you two more effectively. But you'll have to focus. One more time," Zane tell them.
"Oh, but we've been training all day." Lloyd complained, letting out a huff.
"Yeah, we deserve a break," Lacey muttered tiredly, she yawns.
"It's all to get you two ready to face your father, Lloyd. Now you two, in position." Cole said, giving them a almost sympathetic look. He wouldn't want to battle his father either.
Lloyd sighs and and comes up with Lacey beside him. The Ninja put their hoods up and they all get in position.
"Whatever," Lloyd mutters, looking bored almost.
Lacey just rolls her eyes. They're working them to hard for her taste, yes they have to battle the Evil who is Lloyd's dad, but there taking it way too seriously.
Kai charges at Lloyd while Jay charges at Lacey.
Both of them, Lloyd and Lacey, kick the two back, Zane and Cole come behind them but Lacey does a cartwheel and sweeps her feet under Zane but he jumps, he tries to punch her but she dodges.
Cole and Zane push the two back and they fall. They all push back their hoods and look at them, eyeing them with concern.
"That was fun. Are we done?" Lloyd asked, breathing heavily from the adrenaline.
"Oh, come on. You're better than this." Jay frowns, helping them up. "What's on your mind?" He asks.
"I'm tired, you've been working us too hard." Lacey sighed, she groans, holding her head as a wave of dizziness came over her. Due to her night terrors, she hadn't been sleeping well. However, she kept forgetting her dreams, having no idea what they meant and what they were.
"Well....The latest issue of Starfarer just came in at Doomsday Comix and it's a limited run, so if I don't go out and get it, it's going to sell out. Last they left off, intergalactic rogue Fritz Donogon was surrounded by the imperial sludge, an if I don't find out if he gets out alright, I think I might have my own doomsday." Lloyd explains, giving them a pleading expression.
"The fate of Ninjago rests on your shoulders. As the Green Ninja, you have a giant responsibility to hold. I'm sorry, but you don't have time for such childish things." Kai says. He knew what he said might have been stupid, they were just kidd, but he didn't want them to fail, not with this. They need to be ready and prepared.
