Chapter 21

Liz's P.O.V

As we got out of the car, we were mobbed by a bunch of girls. they were screaming. they were obviously fans! how were we supposed to enjoy  tonight if his fans were gonna keep stealing him from me. i mean dont hate his fans. but they have to understand that me and Greyson need some private time! we made our way through the screaming girls and got into the hall where the dance was held. Before you could go and dance, there was like a kinda "red carpet" thing where you pose and they snapped pics of you and your date and stuff.. After that, we got in, looked for our friends and danced with them. 

we had lots of fun.

it was then time to announce the homecoming king and queen. the level head took the stage 

"now for the time all of you have been waiting for, the homecoming queen and king!" he said and then paused for aplausse. "may i please invite all our nominees on stage" he said and i and some other girls and guys walked towards the stage. the queen nominees stood on the left while the king nominees stood on the right. "now. the moment everyone has been waiting for. you're homecoming king is.. Matt Evans!" he announced as Matt got the crown and stepped forward. "and Matt, your lovely partner,our queen is... Liz Parker!" he said as i stepped forward and got the crown Matt and I gave our speeches and everyone clapped. as we walked down the stage, i was greeted with congrats from everyone. and i got a congratulation kiss from Greyson. they started playing a slow song.. Grey took my hand and led me to dance. we were very very close to one another. just as Greyson looked into my eyes, about to kiss me, Matt interupted. "excuse me. but i believe that the queen needs to hangout with her king." Matt said with a flirty smile. "no problems right bro?" he continued turning to Greyson. "sure." Greyson said hesitantly. "im sorry babe. i'll get back to you kay?" i said before Matt dragged me away from Greyson.

As i was dancing with Matt, i saw Greyson walk back to our table and sit by himself. i felt like going to him and just leave Matt. Just as i was gonna do that, Matt grabbed my waist and pulled me closer. i tried to push him away abit but he was holding me tightly. so i just looked down. and there was an awkward silence. i looked up for awhile and saw Greyson with a bunch of girls over Matt's shoulder.  i got jealous. they were so flirting with Grey. "sorry Matt i gotta go" i said as i pushed Matt away and headed towards Greyson.

"Hey babe!" i said to Greyson before kissing him on the lips. "oh.hey girls." i then said to the bunch of girls flirting with mah man. "im Liz." i introduced myself "oh! you're the homecoming queen right?" one of the girls asked "yeah. and im also Greyson's girlfriend" i said with a stay away from my guy look.  Greyson then put his arm around my waist to say that we were dating. The girls fortunately backed away. i pulled Greyson away from them and danced with him. 

"you're mine. don't you forget that." i said as i kissed him. we danced and kissed at the same time.

i could tell all eyes were on us. well.. if i keep dating Greyson, i guess i have to get used to being the center of attention all the time.
