I can't believe myself.

Why the hell would I allow my competitiveness to get the better of me like this?

Kirishima just had to challenge me.

Let me explain.

So, as of right now, all of Class 1-A, including myself, are playing a game similar to Smash or Pass in our dorm commons area.

The thing is, instead of smashing someone, it's considered passing someone, and instead of passing someone, it's considered rejecting them. In simpler terms, passing someone in this version is basically the equivalent of you having a crush on them, while rejecting someone is self-explanatory.

Unfortunately, this idea (Smash or Pass) had been Mineta's, but thankfully, it was altered to be the current version we are about to play.

Anyway, Kirishima, my best friend, just bet me that I wouldn't go first in judging my friends based on whether or not I have a crush on them, and you know what I did?

I took the bait.

Yeah, stupid move, right?

I'm about to expose myself to all of my classmates, and if the people I have a thing for don't feel the same, I'm as good as screwed.

Might as well fake my death, ditch this country for the next and change my entire identity and appearance if that happens.

Anyway, back in reality, my friends just lined up with the first person in line being directly in front of me. I was instructed to sit down on the couch, so I just lean back and put my right ankle on my knee with one of my arms bent on top of the backrest of said couch.

First in line is Mina, and she cheers, "Okay, let's start the game! Go!"

"Sorry, I'm not into overly bubbly personalities. Later," I blurt out before biting my lower lip with a snort.

She laughs and steps aside, sitting down as she smacks her palm to her chest with a joking, "Ouch!"

Glad I didn't bruise her ego, at least.

Next is Asui, who ribbits before I state, "Sorry, I'm not into frog girls. Later."

Also unfazed, she smiles and goes to sit down as well, right beside Mina.

I continue this process, easily finding a reason as to why I don't have a crush on everyone.
