I like it! Using your character's name as the title makes the readers more curious about her, and her story.
Also, Caroline is such a nice name :>
On a side note, hindi typical ang paggamit ng pangalan ng bida para sa isang lovestory. Kung pangalan kasi ang gagamitin mo, it kinda gives us this idea na about sa bida lang ang story (unless we actually read the synopsis). Parang more on her journey and self-discovery lang, hindi tungkol sa dalawang taong nagmamahalan. However, it's your story so ikaw naman ang magdedesisiyon. Caroline works just fine rin naman.

Nice cover. Balanced 'yung picture and texts so maganda siyang tingnan. I also like the font!
Your book cover gives the title a twist. Pang-good girl kasi 'yung Caroline, e, while your cover (espicially the model) gives off this naughty/mean girl aura—which actually describes your main character, as I've read on your book. Mas nakaka-curious siya dahil dito kaya siguradong makakahatak ka pa ng mas maraming readers soon.
