i put my phone down and go up the stairs to my room, straight to take a bath, because im stinky and as soon as im done i run to my wardrobe to see if i have anything cute to use.
before i decide to go naked to the movies, i get a checked yellow, white and black high waisted skirt and a black top.
im done by when its only 10 minutes to the time i was going to meet up with suki. i send her the address of the movie theater and put on my jeans jacket and boots, ready to leave.
i grab my purse on the way out and walk alone for at least 5 minutes, until i see the movie theater i was going to meet the couple.
i enter what seems to be a really small shopping mall and go straight to a line where we're supposed to get the tickets.
its almost my turn to buy the tickets when i feel a hand on my shoulder and turn around to see suki and her boyfriend smiling at me.
suki is wearing a high waisted mom jeans with its ends cuffed (does she listen to sweater weather?) and a short sleeved band shirt, while sokka is also wearing his jeans with its ends cuffed, but with a crop top.
- hey! - suki says. - thanks for getting in the line before we arrived! its kinda long now.
- no problems! are we watching Us, for sure? i saw the trailer a few days ago and it was kinda scary. - i say, but its not really a problem for me. im always searching for adrenaline and if horror movies give it, then gimme horror movies!
- yeah, i'm not that scared. - suki laughs. - sokka on the other hand...
we look at sokka, who is staring at a poster of the movie we're going to watch, frightened.
- hey! - he notices we're laughing at him. - i'm also not afraid!
he is looking kinda mad, but when suki gives him a kiss on the cheek, he blushes and softens his face. they're such a cute couple, what the fuck!
we get the tickets for 10 minutes from now and i decide to go and buy the popcorn before the movie starts.
- do you want anything more? - i ask them, before going.
