CHAPTER 7:
Closer than before.
Sakura

"Maki-senpai!"

"Hey Sakura, how're doing?"

Maki-senpai and I are very similar in the way that we've both been rejected. She initially told me to get off my ass and stop feeling sorry for myself, to which I did, and after that we became best friends.

And both shared a mutual annoyance for her sister.

"Oi! Fushiguro!" He looked up at us.

"Are you treating her right? Have you finally gotten off your ass and asked her out?" I blushed when she asked him that but laughed it off. Meanwhile, Megumis' face was red and he was glaring at Maki-senpai.

She teases him too much.

As if Megumi likes me.

"Want to practice it?" She bumped my shoulder.

"Wait, it. . .? Wait, it?! Are you sure? It was an incomplete one last one," I needed to be strong enough for the games coming up, but doing this was very dangerous for Maki-senpai.

If this goes wrong, the field will be in shambles again.

Or worse, I might hurt someone.

"Don't underestimate yourself. Come on. Oi, clear the field!" She shouted, running towards the middle and Panda-senpai, Toge-senpai and Kugisaki-chan cleared the field as I prepped myself.

Let's just hope I can pull this off.

Combing my hands together with two fingers up and pressing against eachother, I slowly breathed in and breathed out.

"Innate Domain!"

Maki-senpai was immediately captured by my Innate Domain, meaning it worked. The darkness flooded us both, only it wasn't a dark empty space such as last time.

When did I-?

My clothing had changed to this white dress, showing off my shoulders and the sleeves were puffy. My head felt heavy, but I assumed I was just being overwhelmed by my own power.

"Great job, Sakur-a," Maki-senpai turned to face me and wore a weird expression.

"What's wrong?"

"Your. . .check your head," My hands went up to touch my presumably soft and gentle head, but instead grabbed onto something a little different.

Eh. . .?

"Are these horns?!" They felt as hard as a rock and I immediately started to panic.

In my own domain.

"Sukuna didn't have horns! Why do I have horns?! Are they permanent?! Ah!" I cried out, having a full blown breakdown.

What will my friends think?!

I'll never be able to go out again!

I'll never be able to go shopping with Kugisaki!

And MEGUMI-

"Calm down!" She grabbed one of my horns, pulling me in close.

"Just close the domain and we'll be okay. Besides, that shrine looks like it caused it," I turned around to see a shrine, painted white and red and it had a black curtain over the throne to cover the face of whomever sat in it.

"Oh. . .okay."

Doing the same technique as before, the feeling on my head faded and so did the dress I wore. Everyone immediately ran onto the field and Maki-senpai grinned.

"Use that technique on Mai and she won't stand a chance."

Yeah, she won't.

It'll finally be my time to shine.

To show her and Todo that they can't mess with us anymore. . .

I cannot WAIT to write out ep. 8. Obviously, you get little cues or habits from your parents, even unconsciously. Especially since Mai and Todo have always despised Sakura and bullied her, she will be showing that she truly is Sukunas' own flesh and blood.
