Episode 11 -Scarecrow
Skye's POV
I stare at the ground as Dean tries to open the cellar doors. When suddenly they open and a guy pushes Dean back. "Why are you doing this?!" I yell. "For the common good." Stacey says as she puts food next to me then leaves us in the dark.
Dean keeps trying to open the cellar door but he fails. It feels like we've been down here for an hour. Me and Dean are gonna die. These people are gonna kill us. "They are gonna kill us." I say. "Sacrifice us. Which is, I don't know, classier, I guess." Dean says and walks over to me.
"I should probably tell you that I...called Sam." I say. I'm sorry Sam I can't tell him. "You what?" He asks and shakes his head. "Now's not the time. We gotta find the tree to destroy the scarecrow" Dean says.
"It will be really old. The locals would treat it with a lot of respect, you know, like it was sacred." I say. The cellar door opens and the four elders are standing there. "It's time." Stacey says. Me and Dean look at each other nervously.
~Orchard~
The elders tie me and Dean up to two adjacent trees across from each other. "How many people have you killed, Sheriff? How much blood is on your hands?" Dean asks. "We don't kill them." He says.
"No, but you sure cover up after. I mean, how many cars have you hidden. Clothes have you buried?" I ask. The Sheriff just walks away. Fucking coward can't face up to what he has done.
"Please don't do this." I say. "Try to understand. It's our responsibility. And there's just no other choice. There's nobody else but you two." Stacey says. "You hardly know us." I say. The four elders walk away.
"A sacrifice means giving up something you love for the greater good!! This is no sacrifice!!" I scream at them. "I hope your apple pie is freakin' worth it!!" Dean yells. "Please tell me you have a plan." I say to Dean.
"I'm working on it." Dean says.
