Opt for the high-rise

You maybe haven't heard or taken much notice about high-rise, mid-rise and the low-rise method, but it's actually really useful when you are wanting to appear slimmer.

Even if you don't have much of a stomach on you, low-rise jeans won't look as good on you as high-rise jeans would. This is because there would still be an extra area of fat that hangs over your jeans, even if you are really slim.
If you want to look the slimmest you can be, you should opt for the high-rise option instead of any other kind of rise.

I consider high-rise garments to be the "most attractive" because they help to elongate the body which will make you taller, (and ultimately slimmer.)

Have you ever noticed that whenever you wear low-rise, or even mid-rise jeans, there is a lump of "fat" around the waistband that isn't needed or necessary. I've had that happen to me before and I have to admit that I felt horrible. Even when I was losing tons of weight, the rolls of fat from my hips would hang over my waistband and I would feel like crap.
But then I realised that it wasn't my body, but rather the jeans in itself. So I tried a pair of high-rise jeans just to see what all of the fuss was about....and I must say that I never looked back!
When I tried on the high-rise jeans for the first time, I felt over the moon with joy. The high-rise jeans made everything look neater and tidier than if I were styling low-rise jeans. And after that occurrence, I ditched all of my old jeans for a whole new wardrobe of high-rise jeans. That's how much they changed my life!

Sometimes it can be tricky when you are looking for high-rise jeans in store or online because they don't state on the label or description if they are "high-rise" or not. But I actually have a little *secret* that I have to share with you, (promise you won't tell?) : search for jeans or skirts that have a nine inch rise or above, because nine inches jeans is considered "high-rise."
And if you find a pair of jeans that are of ten inches, that's even better because that will reach your belly button which means that it will conceal a lot more skin.

Your best options of high-rise jeans are black, stretchable and stop near your ankle. These types are your best bet.

When you wear high-waisted jeans and skirts your legs will look longer and your torso appear shorter which will ultimately make your whole body look more elongated and slimmer in the process, (which is the ultimate goal of this ebook, right?)

You'll feel like an entirely new person after transitioning from low-rise to high-rise jeans. You will both feel and look like a new confident version of yourself and everyone will be coming to you and asking you for styling advice. (It's okay to tell them, just make sure that you give me credit! Haha!)

When high-rise jeans are paired with crop tops: they are a match made in heaven. Since you are keeping your belly button area covered in the high-rise jeans, you won't fear having your stomach shown with the crop top since it's all hidden. And the best part is that you can still look confident as it will make you look as if you don't give a fuck about what anyone else thinks! (Which is true.)
