"So, you and Cameron huh."

Amy elbows me playfully in the side as we walk down the corridor deciding to grab lunch out of school at one of the nearby restaurants she loves, claiming they made the best burgers. After telling Cameron who all but drags me around a corner and pushes me against a wall, his lips soft and warm. His tongue diving deeper into my mouth, his hands coming down on my waist where his thumbs lightly rub along the slither of skin where my shirt had risen. I never knew how it felt to feel so wanted by someone, his lips kiss softly along my neck whispering my name. How did this happen? Usually this would be something I would only dream of doing with someone, envisioning me and Mike so many times doing this when I was back living in London. Where he would want me just as badly as I wanted him.

Amy's coughing breaks us apart. Knowing we didn't have that long a break to be messing around as he tell us that he would meet up with us once he had printed and handed part of his History coursework in.

"That was pretty fast."

Her comment bothering me. Waiting for a couple of cars to drive by we cross the road over to a restaurant which just looks like a small semidetached house from the outside. One sign hanging above the door which Amy pulls open, following behind her. Taking everything in, a pair of guys playing on a pool table stop and stare at us as Amy leads us over to the bar stools.

"I didn't mean it like that. It's just that Cameron-he's a nice guy but he's had a lot of girls. You just don't seem like the type who would be able to handle it is all. I'm just trying to warn you before he breaks your heart."

Resting her hand on my shoulders as she tries to smile but it falters when a loud noise shouts across the room from us.

"Ams!"

Recognizing the voice as I turn my head around in the direction she was looking in, Scott. He stumbles forward towards us, his shoes partly dragging on the floor holding a beer in his hand.

"Scott. What are you doing here?"

She seems nervous. Too nervous for someone who works for the guy and is a band together. Putting her hand up she grabs the attention of the bar man and orders us drinks and some food which she tells me I will love. I didn't really mind the fact she hadn't asked when she had ordered for me I was just more concerned when Scott wraps his arm tightly around Amy's shoulder. I can smell the booze pouring off of him, he reeked of alcohol and something else. It was strong and unpleasant.

"katie right?"

Scott turns his attention now on me. His eyes once again scrolling down my body like when I had first met him, making me cringe inside.

"Yeah, it's nice to see you again Scott."

Hating that I had to lie to him. I don't know why but there was something about him, he wasn't a unattractive guy I could see the attraction what some women would find appealing apart from it had just turned one o'clock in the afternoon and he was already drunk.
